The problem

Invoices sent to the wrong place

Finance compares 2Checkout customers with Business Central customers by hand. Mismatched names, locations or credit limits go unnoticed until an invoice goes astray or a blocked customer keeps ordering.

Without PopdockAI

  • Find the customer in 2Checkout or its leads
  • Search Business Central by email and company
  • Compare location and credit limit by eye
  • Flag format differences as errors

With PopdockAI

  • Customer found in 2Checkout, falling back to leads
  • Business Central customer found by email, then company
  • Each field marked Match or Differs
  • Format differences noted, not called errors

Prompt
**Objective:** Compare the 2Checkout customer with email `{email}` against the Business Central customer record and report every difference.

**Step 1: Find the customer in 2Checkout**

Call `2checkout-get-customer` with `email` set to `{email}`. If nothing is returned, call `2checkout-get-lead` with `billing-email` set to `{email}` and report that the person is only a lead. If several customers match, list them with `customer-reference` and stop.

**Step 2: Find the customer in Business Central**

Call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to `{email}`. If nothing is returned, also call `business-central-get-customer` with `name.contains` set to the 2Checkout company or last name and list any candidates. If several match, list them and stop.

**Step 3: Compare**

Compare 2Checkout `first-name`, `last-name`, `company`, `address-1`, `city`, `country-code` and `credit-limit` with Business Central `name`, `city`, `state`, `country-code`, `credit-limit` and `blocked`. Treat differences in case, spacing and punctuation as matches.

**Step 4: Report**

Give a table of field, 2Checkout value, Business Central value and Match or Differs. Add one line saying whether the customer is present in both systems, only 2Checkout, or only Business Central, and the Business Central `customer-number` and 2Checkout `customer-reference` side by side.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools named the 2checkout prefix are on the 2checkout server and tools named the business-central prefix are on the business-central server. Both servers must be connected.
* This is a read-only job. Never call any 2checkout or business-central create, update, add, order or subscription action tool.
* Business Central tools take an optional company parameter; only use it if the user named a company.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns nothing, say which system lacks the customer and still report the other side.
* If the two systems disagree on format (for example US versus United States), report the raw values and note the format difference rather than calling it a data error.
