The problem
A short receipt spotted weeks too late
Treasury ticks 2Checkout payouts against bank ledger entries by hand. A missing or short receipt in Business Central is spotted weeks late, and fees and refunds hide what a gap is made of.

**Objective:** Find the 2Checkout payout of about `{payout-amount}` completed on or after `{completed-from}` (YYYY-MM-DD) and check whether Business Central recorded the receipt in `{bank-account-name}`.
**Step 1: Identify the payout in 2Checkout**
Call `2checkout-get-payout` with `transfer-completion-date.from` set to `{completed-from}` and `amount.min` and `amount.max` set to the amount minus and plus 1.00. If several payouts match, list them with `amount`, `currency` and `transfer-completion-date` and stop. Note `amount`, `total-fees`, `total-refunds`, `summary-period-net-sales` and `currency`.
**Step 2: Find the bank account in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-bank-account` with `name.contains` set to `{bank-account-name}`. If none or several match, list the candidates and stop. Note `bank-account-number`, `balance` and `currency-code`.
**Step 3: Find the receipt**
Call `business-central-get-general-ledger-entry` with `posting-date.from` set to the payout completion date minus 3 days, `posting-date.to` set to plus 7 days, and `amount.min` and `amount.max` set to the payout amount minus and plus 1.00. Keep entries whose `description` mentions 2Checkout or Verifone, or whose `gl-account-number` is the bank account's GL account.
**Step 4: Report**
Say whether the payout was Matched (one entry with the same amount), Matched with a difference (state the difference), or Not found. List the entries considered with date, document number and amount, and give the 2Checkout fee and refund totals so the user can see what a gap may be made of.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named the 2checkout prefix are on the 2checkout server and tools named the business-central prefix are on the business-central server. Both servers must be connected.
* This is a read-only job. Never call any 2checkout or business-central create, update, add, order or subscription action tool.
* Business Central tools take an optional company parameter; only use it if the user named a company.
**Validation:**
* If the payout currency differs from the bank account currency, report both and do not compare amounts.
* If more than one ledger entry fits, list them all and do not choose one.
* If no payout is found, say so and stop without searching Business Central.
