The problem

Editing a price option group without knowing its reach

Price option groups pile up unused entries and inconsistent impacts, and nobody is sure which products depend on a group. Editing one blind can change prices on many products at once.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each price option group and its options
  • Check scale ranges for overlaps by hand
  • Trace which products attach each group
  • Edit a shared group and move prices you did not mean to

With PopdockAI

  • Groups read with options, usage, impact and scale ranges
  • Pricing configurations and products traced for each group
  • Unused, empty and default-less groups flagged
  • Read only, with heavily shared groups called out

The prompt

Prompt
**Objective:** Audit price option groups, restricted to names containing `{group-name}` when given.

**Step 1: Groups and options**

Call `2checkout-get-priceoptionsgroup` with `name.contains` set to `{group-name}` (omit when blank). For each group call `2checkout-get-priceoptionsgroupoption` with `group-code`. Note usage, usage-pricing-model, required, price-impact-method, price-impact-percent and scale ranges.

**Step 2: Where used**

Call `2checkout-get-pricingconfigurationpriceoption` with `price-option-group-code` for each group and collect the product-code and pricing-configuration-code values.

**Step 3: Report**

* Groups attached to no pricing configuration (unused)
* Groups with no options, or no default option on a required group
* Scale options whose minimum and maximum overlap or leave gaps
* Groups used by more than five products (blast radius if edited)

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call a tool that adds, updates, deletes, cancels, refunds, enables, disables or otherwise changes 2Checkout data; only tools whose names start with 2checkout-get- may be called.
* Filters are exact or `.contains` matches and results are capped by `max-records`. If a result set looks cut off, say so and narrow the filter instead of guessing.
* Report only what the tools returned; do not invent values no tool exposed.
**Validation:**

* If there are no groups, say so and stop.
