The problem
Bad donor addresses are still being mailed
Over time Constant Contact and Bloomerang drift apart: contacts with no constituent, names and phones that differ, and addresses Bloomerang knows are bad still being mailed. Comparing them contact by contact is slow, so it rarely happens.
Without PopdockAI
- Export a list from Constant Contact
- Search Bloomerang for each email
- Check every address on the constituent
- Compare names and phones by eye
With PopdockAI
- Each email is matched using every address on a constituent
- Contacts with no constituent are listed
- Shared emails are flagged without picking one
- Name, phone, employer and email status are compared, nothing changed

**Objective:** Compare Constant Contact contacts (members of the contact list {list-name}, or all contacts if no list is given) against Bloomerang constituents, matching on email address. Report who is in Constant Contact but not Bloomerang, and where matched records disagree. Check at most {max-records} contacts (default 200).
**Step 1: Read the Constant Contact contacts**
If a list name was given, call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `list-name` set to it. If nothing comes back, retry with `list-name.contains`; if that matches more than one list, show the list names and stop. If no list was given, call `constant-contact-get-contact`. Pass `max-records` either way. Keep each contact's email-address, first-name, last-name, contact-id and permission-to-send, plus phone-number and company-name when the contact read returns them.
**Step 2: Find each contact in Bloomerang**
For each email-address, call `bloomerang-get-email-address` with `value` set to it. If a record comes back, take its account-id and call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `id` set to that account-id. If no email record comes back, try `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `primary-email` set to the email. If both come back empty, mark the contact as In Constant Contact only and continue. If the email belongs to more than one account-id, mark it Shared email, list the accounts, and do not pick one.
**Step 3: Compare the matched records**
For each match, compare:
* first-name and last-name against the constituent's first-name and last-name
* phone-number against primary-phone (compare digits only)
* company-name against employer
* the Bloomerang email record's bad flag: a bad email that Constant Contact can still send to (permission-to-send is not unsubscribed) is a difference
* a contact unsubscribed in Constant Contact whose constituent status is Active (report it, it is not an error)
Blank on one side and filled on the other counts as a difference. Blank on both sides does not.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Counts: contacts checked, matched, In Constant Contact only, Shared email, matched with differences.
2. A table of In Constant Contact only contacts: email, first name, last name.
3. A table of differences: email, field, Constant Contact value, Bloomerang value, Bloomerang account-id.
4. One line stating this check runs from the Constant Contact side, so Bloomerang constituents who are not in Constant Contact are not listed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Constant Contact tools: `constant-contact-get-contact`, `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member`. Bloomerang tools: `bloomerang-get-email-address`, `bloomerang-get-constituent`.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `bloomerang-add-constituent`, `bloomerang-update-constituent`, `bloomerang-add-email-address` or `bloomerang-update-email-address`. If the user asks for fixes, list the proposed changes and stop.
* Match emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces. Never match on name alone.
* The Bloomerang constituent `id` is the same number every other Bloomerang tool takes as `account-id`.
**Validation:**
* If Constant Contact returns no contacts, say so and stop.
* If a Bloomerang call fails partway through, report the contacts already checked and say how many were not.Who it's for
