The problem

Drip and Capsule CRM quietly drift apart

Subscribers never reach the CRM, contacts get entered twice and opted out people stay active for sales. Comparing the two with exported spreadsheets is slow and error prone.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export Drip subscribers and Capsule CRM people
  • Match them by email in a spreadsheet
  • Hunt for duplicates and opt outs
  • Hit row limits without noticing

With PopdockAI

  • Drip subscribers are matched to Capsule CRM by email only
  • Four tables cover both, Drip only, opt outs and duplicates
  • Subscribers with no email are listed, not dropped
  • Capped comparisons are stated and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Compare Drip subscribers tagged `{drip-tag}` (all subscribers if blank) with Capsule CRM people, checking at most `{max-records}` subscribers (default 100), and report where the two systems disagree.

**Step 1: List the Drip subscribers**

Call `drip-get-subscriber` with `tags.contains` set to `{drip-tag}` (omit it if blank) and `max-records` set to `{max-records}` (default 100). Keep `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `status`, `lead-score` and `tags` for each.

**Step 2: Look each one up in Capsule CRM**

For each subscriber, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `email` set to the subscriber's email. Keep `party-id`, `name`, `organization-name` and `owner-name`.

* One match: the person is in both systems.
* No match: the person is in Drip only.
* More than one match: list the party ids and treat it as a duplicate in Capsule CRM.

**Step 3: Report**

Four sections, each a table:

1. **In both** - email, Drip status, lead score, Capsule name, owner.
2. **Drip only** - email, name, Drip status, lead score, tags. Sort by lead score, highest first.
3. **Unsubscribed in Drip but active in Capsule CRM** - people found in both whose Drip status is unsubscribed, so sales knows not to send marketing email.
4. **Duplicates in Capsule CRM** - email and the party ids that share it.

End with the counts for each section.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with drip- are on the drip MCP server; tools whose names start with capsule-crm- are on the capsule-crm MCP server. If either set is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* Match people across the two systems by email address only, compared case-insensitively after trimming spaces. Never match on name alone.
* This prompt is read-only.
* Do NOT call these Drip tools: `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-add-subscriber-tag`, `drip-remove-subscriber-tag`, `drip-add-subscriber-to-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-all-campaigns`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`, `drip-start-subscriber-workflow`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-workflow`, `drip-activate-campaign`, `drip-pause-campaign`, `drip-activate-workflow`, `drip-pause-workflow`.
* Do NOT call these Capsule CRM tools: `capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`.

**Validation:**

* If Drip returns no subscribers, say so, name the tag you filtered on, and stop.
* If a subscriber has no email, list them under Drip only with a note that they could not be matched.
* If the run hit `{max-records}`, say that the comparison covers only the first `{max-records}` subscribers.
