The problem

Sales does not know who a campaign is reaching

When a Drip series goes out, sales rarely knows which of their contacts receive it or which have open deals. Finding out means exporting subscribers and looking each one up in Capsule CRM.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export the campaign's subscribers
  • Search Capsule CRM for each email
  • Check each person's deals one at a time
  • Sort the results by owner

With PopdockAI

  • The campaign is found and its subscribers read
  • Each is matched in Capsule CRM by email only
  • Open opportunities are added, grouped by owner
  • Unknown subscribers are listed and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Drip campaign named `{campaign-name}`, show which of its subscribers are known to sales in Capsule CRM, who owns them, and what deals they have open, checking at most `{max-records}` subscribers (default 100).

**Step 1: Find the campaign and its subscribers**

Call `drip-get-campaign` with `name.contains` set to `{campaign-name}`. If more than one campaign matches, list their names and `campaign-id` values and stop. If exactly one matches, call `drip-get-campaign-subscriber` with `campaign-id` set to its `campaign-id` and `max-records` set to `{max-records}` (default 100). Keep `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `status`, `campaign-status` and `lead-score`.

**Step 2: Look each subscriber up in Capsule CRM**

For each subscriber, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `email` set to their email. Keep `party-id`, `name`, `organization-name` and `owner-name`.

**Step 3: Open deals**

For each person found, call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `party-name.contains` set to the party's `name`. Keep opportunities whose `party-name` equals that name exactly and that have no `closed-on-date`.

**Step 4: Report**

* A header line: campaign name, status, number of subscribers checked.
* A table grouped by Capsule owner: name, organization, email, lead score, campaign status, open opportunity name, milestone and value.
* A final group, **Not in Capsule CRM**, with name, email and lead score.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with drip- are on the drip MCP server; tools whose names start with capsule-crm- are on the capsule-crm MCP server. If either set is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* Match people across the two systems by email address only, compared case-insensitively after trimming spaces. Never match on name alone.
* This prompt is read-only.
* Do NOT call these Drip tools: `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-add-subscriber-tag`, `drip-remove-subscriber-tag`, `drip-add-subscriber-to-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-all-campaigns`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`, `drip-start-subscriber-workflow`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-workflow`, `drip-activate-campaign`, `drip-pause-campaign`, `drip-activate-workflow`, `drip-pause-workflow`.
* Do NOT call these Capsule CRM tools: `capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`.

**Validation:**

* If no campaign matches `{campaign-name}`, say so and stop.
* If the campaign has no subscribers, say so and stop.
