The problem
Your campaigns miss customers and nobody knows why
Active Business Central customers should be reachable in Constant Contact, but some never made it across, some unsubscribed and some have no email at all. Telling which is which means checking customers one at a time.
Without PopdockAI
- Export active customers
- Search each email in Constant Contact
- Check permission status contact by contact
- Lose track of who has no email at all
With PopdockAI
- Active customers are read, 50 by default
- Each email is looked up in Constant Contact, never by name
- Missing, not emailable and no email customers get their own table
- Duplicate contacts are noted, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Compare Business Central customers with Constant Contact contacts, matched on email address, for customers of salesperson `{salesperson-code}` (default: all salespeople), checking at most `{max-customers}` customers (default 50).
**Step 1: List the customers in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-customer` with `blocked` set to false, `max-records` set to `{max-customers}` (or 50), and `salesperson-code` set to `{salesperson-code}` when it is given. Keep `customer-number`, `name`, `email`, `salesperson-code` and `balance` for each customer. Set aside every customer whose `email` is empty; they cannot be matched.
**Step 2: Look each customer up in Constant Contact**
For each customer with an email, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` set to the customer's `email`. Compare email addresses ignoring case and surrounding spaces. If more than one contact comes back, use the exact match and note the duplicate.
**Step 3: Report**
Give a count line first (customers checked, matched, missing from Constant Contact, without an email), then three tables:
1. **Missing from Constant Contact:** customer number, name, email, salesperson.
2. **Matched but not emailable:** customer number, name, email, the contact's `permission-to-send` value. Include every contact whose permission is not explicit or implicit (for example unsubscribed or pending).
3. **No email in Business Central:** customer number, name, salesperson.
End with one sentence suggesting the `add-customers-to-contact-list` prompt for the first table.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `business-central-get-customer` is on the business-central server; `constant-contact-get-contact` is on the constant-contact server.
* Read-only. Do NOT call `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `business-central-update-customer` or any other create, update or add tool on either server.
* Pass `company` to the Business Central tool only if the user names a company.
**Validation:**
* If Business Central returns no customers, say so and stop.
* If an email in Business Central holds several addresses separated by `;` or `,`, look up the first one and note the others in the report.
* Never treat a name match as a match. Email is the only key.Who it's for
