The problem

CRM contacts and Drip subscribers quietly disagree

An account's contacts and your Drip subscribers drift apart: people missing from Drip, contacts inactive in the CRM but still mailed, names spelled differently. Auditing one account means checking each contact by hand.

Without PopdockAI

  • List the account's contacts
  • Search each email in Drip
  • Note status and name differences by hand
  • Keep mailing someone inactive in the CRM

With PopdockAI

  • The account's contacts are read and looked up in Drip
  • Each contact gets one finding, from not in Drip to name differs
  • Counts per finding, with failed lookups marked
  • Fixes are suggested, never made

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Dynamics 365 Sales account `{account-name}`, compare its contacts with Drip subscribers and report where the two systems disagree. Check at most `{max-contacts}` contacts (default 50).

**Step 1: Contacts in Dynamics 365 Sales**

Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `parent-customer` = `{account-name}` and `max-records` = `{max-contacts}` (50 if blank). If nothing comes back, retry with `parent-customer.contains`. If that matches contacts under several different accounts, list the account names and stop so the user can pick one.

**Step 2: Look each email up in Drip**

For every contact with an email, call `drip-get-subscriber` with `email` set to the contact's email.

**Step 3: Report**

A table with one row per contact: full-name, email, Dynamics status, Drip status, Drip lead-score, Drip tags, and a Finding column using exactly one of:

* **Not in Drip** - the contact has an email but no Drip subscriber.
* **Unsubscribed in Drip** - Drip status is unsubscribed while the contact is active in Dynamics.
* **Inactive in CRM, active in Drip** - the contact is inactive in Dynamics but still an active subscriber.
* **Name differs** - first-name or last-name differ between the two.
* **Matched** - nothing to fix.
* **No email** - the contact has no email, so it cannot be checked.

End with counts per finding.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `drip-*` tools are on the drip MCP server; `dynamics-365-sales-*` tools are on the dynamics-365-sales MCP server. If either set is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* Email is the only key shared by the two systems. Compare emails case-insensitively and trimmed. Never match on name alone; a name-only match is reported as "possible match, not confirmed".
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-contact` or `dynamics-365-sales-create-contact`. Suggest the fixes; do not make them.

**Validation:**

* If the account has no contacts, say so and stop.
* If a Drip lookup errors, mark that row "Drip lookup failed" and continue with the rest.
