For marketers who want contacts behind won Dynamics 365 Sales deals tagged in Drip soon after the win, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
New customers keep getting prospect emails
When a deal closes, the new customer keeps getting prospect emails from Drip until someone tags them. That means listing won deals, finding the contacts behind each customer and tagging them one by one, so new customers are often missed.
Without PopdockAI
- List deals won since the last update
- Find the contacts behind each customer
- Search and tag each one in Drip
- Keep sending prospect emails to customers
With PopdockAI
- Deals won since your date and their contacts are read
- Each email is checked in Drip and marked tag or skip
- People missing from Drip are never created
- After you confirm, each tag is added and read back

**Objective:** Find Dynamics 365 Sales opportunities won with an estimated close date on or after `{since-date}`, and tag the matching contacts in Drip with `{tag}` (default Customer).
**Step 1: Won opportunities in Dynamics 365 Sales**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `status` = Won and `est-close-date.from` = `{since-date}`. Collect the distinct potential-customer values.
**Step 2: Contacts behind each customer**
For each potential-customer, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `parent-customer` set to it. If nothing comes back, the customer may be a person rather than an account: call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `full-name` set to it. Also include the opportunity's parent-contact if present, looked up by `full-name`.
**Step 3: Check each email in Drip**
For each contact email, call `drip-get-subscriber` with `email` set to it.
* No subscriber: mark **Skip - not in Drip**. Do not create one.
* Tags already include `{tag}`: mark **Skip - already tagged**.
* Otherwise: mark **Tag**.
**Step 4: Confirm, tag, verify**
Show the table: customer, opportunity topic, contact, email, decision. Ask the user to confirm. Do nothing until they say yes. Then call `drip-add-subscriber-tag` once per confirmed row with `email` and `tag` = `{tag}` (Customer if blank). Re-run `drip-get-subscriber` by email for each to confirm the tag is there, and report tagged, skipped and failed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `drip-*` tools are on the drip MCP server; `dynamics-365-sales-*` tools are on the dynamics-365-sales MCP server. If either set is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* Email is the only key shared by the two systems. Compare emails case-insensitively and trimmed. Never match on name alone; a name-only match is reported as "possible match, not confirmed".
* The only write tool allowed is `drip-add-subscriber-tag`. Do not call `drip-add-subscriber`, which would create people who were never subscribed, or `drip-remove-subscriber-from-campaign`.
* Do not change anything in Dynamics 365 Sales; do not call `dynamics-365-sales-update-opportunity`.
**Validation:**
* If no opportunities were won in the period, say so and stop.
* If a customer has no contacts with email, list it under "Could not reach" rather than dropping it silently.Who it's for
