Find where Rillet MRR and Stripe subscriptions disagree
For finance teams who want each customer's Rillet MRR compared with their active Stripe subscriptions, largest difference first.

The problem
MRR that does not match what customers are subscribed to
MRR in Rillet should match what customers actually subscribe to in Stripe, but comparing them means converting yearly, weekly and daily prices to monthly, multiplying by quantity and matching customers. Differences stay hidden until they reach board numbers.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Rillet MRR and Stripe subscriptions
- Convert every price interval to a monthly value
- Match customers across the two systems by hand
- Find the gap after the board deck has gone out
With PopdockAI
- Rillet MRR and active and past due Stripe subscriptions read together
- Each item converted to monthly, metered items counted apart
- Customers matched by email, then exact name
- Gaps over 1 percent flagged, largest first, nothing changed

**Objective:** For {year-month}, compare each customer's MRR in Rillet with the monthly value of their active Stripe subscriptions, limited to customers whose name contains {customer-name} if given, and report the differences.
**Step 1: Read Rillet MRR**
Call `rillet-get-mrr-waterfall` (no filters) and keep rows whose year-month is {year-month}. Apply {customer-name} in memory. Keep customer-id, customer-name, mrr and currency.
**Step 2: Read Stripe subscriptions**
Call `stripe-get-subscription` with `status` = active, then again with `status` = past_due. For each subscription call `stripe-get-subscription-item` with `subscription-id`. Monthly value of an item = price-unit-amount times quantity, converted by price-recurring-interval: month as is, year divided by 12, week times 52 then divided by 12, day times 365 then divided by 12. If an item's price has an interval count above 1, call `stripe-get-price` with `price-id` and divide by recurring-interval-count. Metered items have no fixed value: leave them out and count them. Sum per Stripe customer.
**Step 3: Match customers**
Call `rillet-get-customer-emails` and match the Stripe customer-email to email, ignoring case. If there is no email match, match the Stripe customer-name to the Rillet customer-name exactly, ignoring case.
**Step 4: Report**
A table of customer, Rillet MRR, Stripe monthly value, difference and currency, largest absolute difference first, flagging differences above 1 percent. Then customers with MRR only in Rillet, customers with subscriptions only in Stripe, and the number of metered items left out.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `rillet-get-mrr-waterfall` and `rillet-get-customer-emails` are on the rillet server. `stripe-get-subscription`, `stripe-get-subscription-item` and `stripe-get-price` are on the stripe server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `rillet-update-product`, `rillet-record-contract-usage` or any other rillet-add or rillet-update tool.
**Validation:**
* Stripe reports subscriptions as they are today. If {year-month} is not the current month, say at the top that the Stripe side reflects today, not {year-month}.
* If Rillet has no rows for {year-month}, say so, list the year-month values it does have, and stop.
* Stripe amounts may be in the smallest currency unit. If Stripe values are consistently about 100 times Rillet's, divide by 100 and say so.
* If a tool cannot be found, name the server it belongs to (rillet or stripe) and stop.Who it's for
