The problem
Working out which B2B company is which across two systems
B2B buyers in Shopify and customers in Rillet drift apart as names are spelled differently, legal suffixes come and go and contact emails change. Working out which company is which, and which exist in only one system, takes a long side by side comparison.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Shopify B2B companies and Rillet customers
- Compare names with and without legal suffixes
- Check contact emails for the hard cases
- Guess at the ones that almost match
With PopdockAI
- Matching runs by external ID, exact name, name without suffix, then email
- Ambiguous companies are listed with every candidate
- Matched, probable and one-sided lists are kept apart
- Probable matches are marked for a person, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Match every Shopify B2B company (or only `{company-name}` if given) to a Rillet customer and report which companies exist in only one system and which disagree on name or contact email.
**Step 1: Read the Shopify companies**
Call `shopify-get-company`, filtered by name.contains `{company-name}` if given. Note company-id, name, external-id, orders-count and total-spent. Then call `shopify-get-company-contact` for each company-id and note customer-email and is-main-contact.
**Step 2: Read the Rillet customers**
Call `rillet-get-customers` and `rillet-get-customer-emails`. Neither takes filters. Note customer-id, name, invoicing-name, and each customer's emails.
**Step 3: Match, in this order**
1. Shopify external-id equals a Rillet customer-id: exact match.
2. Shopify name equals Rillet name or invoicing-name, ignoring case and punctuation: exact match.
3. Names equal after dropping legal suffixes (Inc, LLC, Ltd, Corp, Co): probable match.
4. A Shopify contact email equals a Rillet customer email: probable match.
Stop at the first rule that matches. If a rule matches more than one Rillet customer, list the company as ambiguous with all candidates.
**Step 4: Report**
A summary line, then these tables:
1. Matched: Shopify name, Rillet name, rule used.
2. Probable: same, plus what differs. Say these need a person to confirm.
3. In Shopify only: name, orders-count, total-spent, main contact email.
4. In Rillet only: name, customer-id, emails. Include these only when no `{company-name}` was given. Many Rillet customers never buy through Shopify, so say this list is for information.
5. Email disagreements: matched companies whose Shopify main contact email is not among the Rillet customer's emails.
Recommend setting the Shopify external-id to the Rillet customer-id for every probable match, so future runs match exactly.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-company` and `shopify-get-company-contact` are on the shopify server. `rillet-get-customers` and `rillet-get-customer-emails` are on the rillet server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `rillet-add-customer`, `rillet-update-customer`, `shopify-update-company` or `shopify-update-company-contact`. Shopify has no street address or zip for a company, which `rillet-add-customer` requires, so creating the missing customers is not something to attempt from here.
**Validation:**
* If Shopify returns no companies, say the store has no B2B companies and stop.
* If Rillet returns no customers, report every company as in Shopify only.Who it's for
