The problem
Consent in Shopify and Drip can quietly disagree
Shopify records whether a customer accepts marketing and Drip records whether they are subscribed, and the two can disagree. That leaves you emailing people who never consented, or missing people who did.
Without PopdockAI
- Export recent Shopify customers with their consent
- Look up each one in Drip, minding email case
- Sort them into buckets by hand
- Decide what to do for each problem group
With PopdockAI
- Recent Shopify customers with an email are looked up in Drip
- A lowercase retry runs before anyone is called missing
- Each customer lands in one consent bucket, with counts
- Problem buckets get a table and a next step, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For Shopify customers created on or after `{since-date}` (default 30 days ago), find where Shopify marketing consent and Drip subscriber status disagree, checking at most `{max-customers}` customers (default 50).
**Step 1: List the Shopify customers**
Call `shopify-get-customer` with `created-at.from` set to `{since-date}` (or 30 days before today, YYYY-MM-DD, if blank) and `max-records` set to `{max-customers}` (default 50). Keep customers with an email; count and skip the ones without.
**Step 2: Look each one up in Drip**
For each customer, call `drip-get-subscriber` with `email` set to the Shopify email. Record the Drip status, or that no subscriber was found.
**Step 3: Classify**
Put every customer into exactly one bucket:
* **Missing from Drip:** accepts-marketing is true in Shopify, no Drip subscriber.
* **Marketed without consent:** accepts-marketing is false in Shopify, Drip status is active.
* **Opted out in Drip only:** Drip status is unsubscribed, accepts-marketing is true in Shopify.
* **In agreement:** everything else.
**Step 4: Report**
A count per bucket, then a table for each of the first three buckets with: email, Shopify name, accepts-marketing, Drip status, Drip tags. Do not list the customers who are in agreement. End with one line recommending the next action for each non-empty bucket, for example running `sync-new-customers-to-drip` for the missing ones.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-customer` is on the shopify server; `drip-get-subscriber` is on the drip server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber` or `shopify-update-customer`, even to fix a mismatch.
**Validation:**
* If Shopify returns no customers in the window, say so and stop.
* If Shopify returned exactly `{max-customers}` records, say the list may be truncated.
* Compare emails case-insensitively; if an exact lookup in Drip finds nothing, retry once in lowercase before calling the customer missing.Who it's for
