The problem
Proving every web order reached Intacct takes two exports
Every Shopify order should end up in Sage Intacct, but integrations miss some and others arrive with a different total. Checking means matching order numbers against reference and PO fields across two exports, usually after month end is under way.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Shopify orders and Intacct documents
- Match order numbers to reference and PO fields
- Work out whether gaps are shipping or tax
- Do it all after month end has started
With PopdockAI
- Non-canceled orders and Intacct documents are read for the period
- Orders match reference or PO numbers one to one
- Total differences note when the gap looks like shipping or tax
- Intacct documents that match nothing are listed, read-only

**Objective:** For Shopify orders created from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (default today), find which ones are missing from Intacct or recorded there with a different total. Check at most `{max-orders}` orders (default 250).
**Step 1: Read the Shopify orders**
Call `shopify-get-order` with `created-at.from` = `{from-date}`, `created-at.to` = `{to-date}` and `max-records` = `{max-orders}` (default 250). Drop orders with a `cancelled-at` value. Keep `name` (for example `#1001`), `order-number`, `created-at`, `email`, `total-price`, `currency` and `financial-status`.
**Step 2: Read the Intacct documents**
Call `intacct-get-invoice` with `invoice-date.from` = `{from-date}` and `invoice-date.to` = 7 days after `{to-date}` (orders are often invoiced a few days later). Keep `invoice-number`, `reference-number`, `customer-id`, `customer-name` and `total-amount`.
Call `intacct-get-order-entry-document` over the same date range on `document-date`. Keep `document-id`, `transaction-type`, `reference-number`, `customer-po-number` and `total`.
**Step 3: Match**
A Shopify order matches an Intacct document when the document's `reference-number` or `customer-po-number` equals the order `name` or the `order-number`, ignoring a leading `#`. Match each Intacct document to at most one order.
**Step 4: Report**
* Orders missing from Intacct: name, date, email, total.
* Orders matched with a different total: name, Shopify total, Intacct total, difference. Note that a difference equal to shipping or tax usually means those lines were not carried across.
* Intacct documents whose reference looks like a Shopify order number but matched no order in the range.
* A one-line summary: orders checked, matched, missing, mismatched.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-order` is on the shopify server. `intacct-get-invoice` and `intacct-get-order-entry-document` are on the intacct server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `intacct-create-order-entry-document`, `intacct-update-order-entry-document` or `shopify-update-order`. To post a missing order, suggest the post-order-to-intacct prompt.
* If `{max-orders}` was reached, say the result is partial and suggest a narrower date range.
**Validation:**
* If Shopify returns no orders, report the date range and stop.
* If Intacct returns no documents at all for the range, say the store may not be posting to Intacct yet (or posts to a different entity) rather than listing every order as missing.
* If the order and document currencies differ, report the pair as "currency differs" instead of a total mismatch.Who it's for
