The problem
Month end means proving every order landed in Rillet
Month end means proving every Shopify order made it into Rillet at the right amount. Matching orders to invoices, comparing totals and tax and catching orders canceled in Shopify but still open in Rillet is tedious work across two exports.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Shopify orders and Rillet invoices
- Match invoices to orders by number
- Compare totals and tax line by line
- Miss canceled orders still open in Rillet
With PopdockAI
- Orders match invoices only by order name, never by amount alone
- Totals and tax are compared to within a cent
- Canceled orders still open in Rillet get their own table
- Invoices with no order are listed, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Reconcile Shopify orders created from `{from-date}` to `{to-date}` (default: the previous calendar month) against Rillet invoices, and report every order that is missing from Rillet, booked at a different amount, or cancelled in Shopify but still open in Rillet.
**Step 1: Read the Shopify orders**
Call `shopify-get-order` with created-at.from and created-at.to set to the date range. For each order note order-id, name, order-number, created-at, currency, subtotal-price, total-tax, total-price, financial-status and cancelled-at.
**Step 2: Read the Rillet invoices**
Call `rillet-get-invoices`. It takes no filters, so keep only invoices whose invoice-date falls within the range plus 7 days either side (booking dates can lag). Note invoice-id, invoice-number, invoice-date, customer-id, currency, subtotal, tax-amount, total, amount-due and status.
**Step 3: Match**
Match each Shopify order to a Rillet invoice whose invoice-number equals the Shopify order name. Compare with and without the leading # ("#1001" and "1001" are the same order). Do not match on amount or date alone.
For each matched pair compare total-price with total, and total-tax with tax-amount, in the same currency. Treat a difference of 0.01 or less as a match.
**Step 4: Report**
A summary line: orders read, invoices in range, matched, missing from Rillet, amount mismatches, cancelled but still open.
Then four tables:
1. Missing from Rillet: order name, created-at, total-price, currency, financial-status.
2. Amount mismatches: order name, Shopify total, Rillet total, Shopify tax, Rillet tax, difference.
3. Cancelled in Shopify, still open in Rillet: order name, cancelled-at, invoice-number, amount-due.
4. Rillet invoices in range with no Shopify order: invoice-number, invoice-date, total. Say these may simply be non-Shopify invoices.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-order` is on the shopify server. `rillet-get-invoices` is on the rillet server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `rillet-add-invoice-ar-only`, `rillet-add-invoice`, `rillet-update-invoice`, `rillet-add-invoice-payment`, `shopify-update-order` or any other write tool. To create the missing invoices, use the backfill-shopify-orders prompt.
**Validation:**
* If Shopify returns no orders in the range, say so and stop.
* If Rillet returns no invoices at all, report every order as missing and say the Rillet side may not be booking Shopify sales yet.
* If an order and its invoice are in different currencies, list the pair as a mismatch with both currencies and do not convert.Who it's for
