Register a Nutshell contact for a webinar without retyping
For marketers who want CRM contacts registered for webinars, just by asking their AI assistant.

Connect Nutshell, pick your AI tool and paste the prompt.
The problem
Retyped registrations and duplicate sign ups
Staff retype a CRM contact's details into the webinar tool to register them. That invites typos and duplicate registrations, and nobody checks first whether the person is already signed up.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the contact in Nutshell
- Retype their details into GoTo Webinar
- Skip checking for an existing registration
- Fix typos and duplicates later
With PopdockAI
- The person is found in Nutshell and the webinar in GoTo Webinar
- An existing registration is checked first
- You see the details and give an explicit yes
- One registration is made and checked, with nothing invented

**Objective:** Register the Nutshell contact named `{contact-name}` for webinar `{webinar-name}` using organizer key `{organizer-key}`, only after the user confirms.
**Step 1: Find the contact (Nutshell server)**
Call `nutshell-get-contact` with `name.contains` set to the contact name. If more than one matches, list them (name, emails, company) and stop for the user to choose. If none match, say so and stop. The contact must have an email; if not, stop and say so.
**Step 2: Find the webinar (GoTo Webinar server)**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with `webinar-name.contains` set to the name. If more than one matches, list them and stop. Keep the `webinar-key`. Check the webinar has not ended.
**Step 3: Check for an existing registration (GoTo Webinar server)**
Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with the `webinar-key` and the contact's `email`. If a registration exists, report it (`status`, `join-url`) and stop without registering again.
**Step 4: Confirm**
Show the first name, last name and email that would be registered, plus the webinar name and date. Ask the user to confirm. Do not continue without an explicit yes.
**Step 5: Register (GoTo Webinar server)**
Only after confirmation, call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` once with `webinar-key`, `organizer-key`, `email`, `first-name` and `last-name`. Then call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` again to confirm the registration exists and report its `join-url`.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `nutshell-get-contact` is on the Nutshell server; the other tools are on the GoTo Webinar server.
* `goto-webinar-add-registrant` is the only write tool allowed, called at most once. Do NOT call `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, `nutshell-add-person`, `nutshell-update-person`, `nutshell-delete-person` or any other add, update or delete tool.
**Validation:**
* If the organizer key is wrong the add will fail; report the error and do not retry with guessed values.
* Never invent a first name, last name or email that Nutshell does not hold.Who it's for
