The problem

Deal coaching starts without the call evidence

Coaching a deal means opening the lead in the CRM, then hunting through Chorus for its call scorecards. The systems are not connected, so the coaching conversation starts without the evidence.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open the deal in Nutshell
  • Search Chorus for the company's calls
  • Open each call's scorecard
  • Coach from memory instead

With PopdockAI

  • The deal's status, confidence and company are read
  • Up to 10 Chorus calls for the company are found with their scores
  • The deal and the scores are shown side by side
  • Unscored calls are listed as unscored, and nothing changes

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Nutshell lead `{lead-name}`, show the deal's status and how its recorded Chorus calls scored, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 180).

**Step 1: Find the lead in Nutshell**

Call `nutshell-get-lead` (Nutshell server) with `name.contains` set to `{lead-name}`. If more than one lead matches, list them with id, status and value and stop. If none match, say so and stop. Note `status`, `value`, `confidence`, `owner` and the first name in `companies`.

**Step 2: Find its calls in Chorus**

Call `chorus-get-engagements` (Chorus server) with `account-name.contains` set to that company name and `date.from` set to the start of the lookback window. Collect each `conversation-id`.

**Step 3: Pull the scores**

For each `conversation-id` (cap at 10) call `chorus-get-scorecard-scores` (Chorus server) with `conversation` set to it.

**Step 4: Report**

The deal line (status, value, confidence, owner), then a table of calls with date, subject and the scorecard questions and scores returned, then the average score. End with one sentence on whether low-scoring calls line up with a low `confidence` or a stalled status.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `nutshell-get-lead` is on the Nutshell server; `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-scorecard-scores` are on the Chorus server.
* Read only. Do not call any add, update, delete, create, export or playlist tool on either server.

**Validation:**

* If a call has no scorecard, list it as unscored rather than as zero.
* If the lead has no company, or Chorus has no calls for it, report that and show the deal line only.
