The problem

Weak deals hide in a pipeline reviewed by hand

Managers scan the Attio pipeline by hand, adding up values stage by stage. Deals with no owner, company, contact or value slip through, and old deals sit in the first stage without anyone asking why.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export deals from Attio
  • Total each stage in a spreadsheet
  • Scan for missing companies, people or values
  • Overlook deals stuck in the first stage

With PopdockAI

  • Up to 200 deals are read from Attio
  • Open deals are totalled by stage and ranked by value
  • Deals missing a company, people or value are flagged
  • Deals stuck in the first stage for over 90 days are flagged

The prompt

Use this prompt

Copy it into any AI tool connected to PopdockAI. Swap the values in braces for your own.

Prompt
**Objective:** Review the Attio deal pipeline, optionally limited to the owner `{deal-owner}` and to deals worth at least `{min-value}`, and recommend where to focus.

**Step 1: Pull the deals**

Call `attio-get-record-deals`. If `{deal-owner}` is given, pass it as `deal-owner` (use `deal-owner.contains` if the exact match returns nothing). If `{min-value}` is given, pass it as `deal-value.min`. Set `max-records` to 200.

**Step 2: Group and rank**

* Group the deals by `deal-stage` and total the `deal-value` per stage.
* Treat stages whose title contains Won, Lost, Closed or Churned as finished and exclude them from the open pipeline, but count them in a one-line footnote.
* Rank open deals by `deal-value`, highest first.
* Flag deals with no `associated-company`, no `associated-people`, or no `deal-value`.
* Flag deals created more than 90 days ago that are still in the first stage.

**Step 3: Report**

1. A table of stage, deal count and total value.
2. The top 10 open deals: name, stage, value, owner, company and `web-url`.
3. A short list of flagged deals and why.
4. Two or three sentences on where to focus first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call `attio-add-deal`, `attio-update-deal` or `attio-delete-deal`.
* Do not guess stage order. If the stage order is unclear, say so and list the stages alphabetically.

**Validation:**

* If no deals match, say so and suggest loosening the owner or value filter.
* If more than 200 deals match, say the sample is capped and which filter would narrow it.
