The problem
Reorder decisions made on numbers that double count
Deciding what to reorder in Sage Intacct means comparing on-hand and on-order quantities with recent sales item by item and spotting stock that has not moved. Counting an order and its invoice twice, or forgetting open POs, skews the numbers.
Without PopdockAI
- Export stock levels per warehouse
- Pull recent sales and remove double counts
- Check open purchase orders for each item
- Find dead stock by scanning months of data
With PopdockAI
- Stock levels and recent sales read, each sale counted once
- Stock-outs listed with the purchases that will cover them
- Reorder candidates with a suggested quantity
- Slow stock by value and negative counts flagged, nothing ordered

**Objective:** Review stock in warehouse `{warehouse}` (blank means all warehouses) and list stock-outs, items to reorder based on the last {lookback-days} days of sales (default 90), and slow-moving stock with no sale in {slow-moving-days} days (default 180).
**Step 1: Stock on hand**
* No warehouse given: call `intacct-get-item` for active items, keeping stocked item types only (`item-type`). Use `on-hand`, `on-order`, `uncommitted`, `standard-cost` and `date-last-sold`.
* Warehouse given: resolve it with `intacct-get-warehouse` (`warehouse-id`, or `warehouse-name.contains`), then call `intacct-get-item-warehouse` with the `warehouse-id`. Use `on-hand`, `on-order`, `uncommitted`, `average-cost` and `last-date-sold`, and read `item-name` from `intacct-get-item` for the items you report.
**Step 2: Recent demand**
Call `intacct-get-order-entry-document-line` with `created-date.from` set to the start of the lookback window, and `intacct-get-order-entry-document` with `document-date.from` set to the same date to learn each `document-id`'s `transaction-type`.
* Count one document type per sale, or a converted order and its invoice count twice: use the invoice type if one appears in the window, otherwise the order type. Quotes never count.
* Total `quantity` by `item-id` and divide by the lookback days for daily demand.
**Step 3: Classify**
* Stock-out: `uncommitted` at or below zero, with demand in the window.
* Reorder: days of cover (`uncommitted` divided by daily demand) below 30, and `on-order` does not lift it above 30. Suggested quantity = 60 days of demand minus `uncommitted` minus `on-order`, rounded up.
* Slow-moving: `on-hand` above zero and no sale in the slow-moving window, or never sold. Value it at cost times `on-hand`.
* Data issue: negative `on-hand`.
For stock-outs only, call `intacct-get-purchasing-transaction-line` with the `item-id` to name the purchase documents that will cover them.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Summary: items checked, stock-outs, reorder candidates, and the slow-moving count and value.
2. Stock-outs: item, on hand, uncommitted, daily demand, open purchase documents.
3. Reorder: item, uncommitted, on order, daily demand, days of cover, suggested quantity.
4. Slow-moving, highest value first: item, on hand, last sold, value.
5. Data issues.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. No tool on this server creates a purchase order. Do not call `intacct-create-order-entry-document` or any other create or update tool.
* Suggested quantities are a starting point. Lead times, reorder points and minimum order sizes are not in this data; say so.
* Pass dates as YYYY-MM-DD. If the user names an Intacct company, pass it as `company` on every call.
**Validation:**
* If the warehouse is not found, list the warehouses from `intacct-get-warehouse` and stop.
* If a call returns exactly `max-records` rows, say which list is incomplete.Who it's for
