Buyers check purchase order inquiry, receipt entry and the approval queue to see what is late, unapproved or outstanding. With the three views kept apart, late and unapproved orders slip through until a vendor calls.

The prompt
Use this prompt
Copy it into any AI tool connected to PopdockAI. Swap the values in braces for your own.
**Objective:** Review purchasing in `{company}` (default company if empty) for orders dated in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 60), limited to vendor `{vendor-id}` when given.
**Step 1: Orders**
Call `powergp-online-get-purchaseorders` with `purchase-order-date.from` set to today minus the lookback and `vendor-id` when given. Set `max-records` to 500.
**Step 2: Receipts**
Call `powergp-online-get-purchasereceipts` with `receipt-date.from` set the same way. Match receipts to orders on `purchase-order-number` versus `po-number`.
**Step 3: Approvals**
Call `powergp-online-get-purchaseapprovals` with the same date and vendor filters. Note `approval-status`, `hold-status` and `remaining-subtotal`.
**Step 4: Report**
Report spend by vendor (ordered, received, remaining), orders past `promised-date` with nothing received, orders on hold or not approved, and the five biggest remaining commitments. End with a short list of orders that need action.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Only the get tools on this server exist; never try to change, post, approve, release or delete anything in Dynamics GP.
* Do not change approvals or holds.
* A line only counts as received when a matching receipt row exists.
**Validation:**
* If there are no orders in the window, say so and stop.
