The problem

Account work split between Salesforce and a personal task list

Preparing for an account means searching Salesforce for opportunities, tasks and cases, then TickTick for related work, and stitching it together. Something is usually missed, such as an open case nobody has a task for.

Without PopdockAI

  • Search Salesforce for the account's deals, tasks and cases
  • Search TickTick for anything that names the account
  • Line the two lists up by hand
  • Miss the open case nobody is working on

With PopdockAI

  • The account is found in Salesforce, and it stops if several match
  • Open deals, tasks and cases are read for you
  • Open and recently completed TickTick tasks are matched by name
  • Read only, with up to three gaps called out

Prompt
**Objective:** Build a single view of the account {account-name}: what Salesforce says is open and what has been planned or done in TickTick over the last {lookback-days} days (default 30).

**Step 1: Find the account in Salesforce**

Call `salesforce-get-account` with name.contains set to {account-name}. If more than one account matches, list them (name, type, billing city) and stop for the user to choose. If none match, stop.

**Step 2: Pull Salesforce activity**

Using the account id, call `salesforce-get-opportunity` (account-id, closed false) and `salesforce-get-task` (account-id, closed false) and `salesforce-get-case` (account-id, closed false).

**Step 3: Pull TickTick work**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with title.contains set to the account name for open tasks, and `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with title.contains set to the account name and completed-time.from set to today minus {lookback-days} days.

**Step 4: Report**

Sections: account summary; open opportunities; open Salesforce tasks and cases; open TickTick tasks; recently completed TickTick tasks. Finish with up to 3 gaps, such as an open case with no TickTick task.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `salesforce-get-account`, `salesforce-get-opportunity`, `salesforce-get-task` and `salesforce-get-case` are on the Salesforce server; `ticktick-get-tasks` and `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` are on the TickTick server.
* Do NOT call any add, update, complete, delete, assign or move tool on either server (for example `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `salesforce-update-task`, `salesforce-add-task`). This prompt only reads.

**Validation:**

* TickTick has no account field, so say the TickTick results are matched on name text only.
* If one side returns nothing, say so and still report the other.

How it works

What PopdockAI does when you ask
