The problem
Nobody knows where focused time really goes by customer
Knowing how much focused time goes into each customer means reading TickTick timer history and matching task titles to Salesforce account names by hand. Nobody does it, so effort per account is guessed and time on small accounts or no account goes unseen.
Without PopdockAI
- Export focus history from TickTick
- Match task titles to account names by eye
- Total hours per account in a spreadsheet
- Guess the effort that matches no account
With PopdockAI
- Focus sessions and Salesforce accounts are read together
- Sessions are matched to accounts by name in the task title
- Hours, sessions and annual revenue are shown per account
- Unmatched hours are shown openly, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Report how much TickTick focus time went into each Salesforce account since {start-date} (default 30 days ago), for accounts owned by {owner} if given, hiding any under {min-hours} hours (default 0).
**Step 1: Read focus sessions**
Call `ticktick-get-focuses` with start-time.from set to {start-date}. Keep each session's task id, task titles and duration. If none, stop.
**Step 2: Read the accounts**
Call `salesforce-get-account` with owner.contains set to {owner} when given. Keep each account name and annual revenue.
**Step 3: Match**
For each focus session, check whether its task title contains an account name from step 2. Where a title needs more context, call `ticktick-get-tasks` with the task id. Add the duration to that account. A session that matches more than one account goes to the longest matching name.
**Step 4: Report**
Table: account, focus hours, session count, annual revenue; sorted by hours. Then total unmatched hours as one line.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `ticktick-get-focuses` and `ticktick-get-tasks` are on the TickTick server; `salesforce-get-account` is on the Salesforce server.
* Do NOT call any add, update, complete, delete, assign or move tool on either server (for example `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `salesforce-update-task`, `salesforce-add-task`). This prompt only reads.
**Validation:**
* Matching is by name text; say so. Account names under 4 characters are skipped.
* If no account matches any session, report that and the unmatched total.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give a start date and optional filters, and your AI assistant totals your TickTick focus time against Salesforce accounts. Matching is by name text, and it tells you so.
01
Ask
You give a start date, and optionally an account owner and a minimum number of hours.
02
Read
It reads your TickTick focus sessions and the Salesforce accounts.
03
Match
It links sessions to accounts by name in the task title, using the longest name when several fit.
04
Report
It shows hours, sessions and revenue per account, then the unmatched hours.
