Check a contact in Constant Contact from a TickTick task

**Objective:** Enrich the TickTick task `{task-title}` with what Constant Contact knows about the person it concerns, and report whether the contact is safe to email.

**Step 1: Find the task (TickTick server)**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `title.contains` set to `{task-title}`. If more than one task matches, list them with `id`, `title`, `project-name`, `due-date` and stop. Read the task title for an email address; if none is in the title, use `{contact-email}`. If neither gives an email address, ask for one and stop.

**Step 2: Look up the contact (Constant Contact server)**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` set to that email. If nothing comes back, report the task as present in TickTick and the contact as absent from Constant Contact, and stop.

**Step 3: Pull context (Constant Contact server)**

With the `contact-id` from step 2, call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` for list memberships, `constant-contact-get-contact-activity` for recent activity, and `constant-contact-get-contact-note` for notes.

**Step 4: Report**

Task (title, project, due date, status), then contact (name, company, job title, `permission-to-send`, tags), list memberships, the last 10 activities, and any notes. Finish with one line saying whether the contact has permission to receive email.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `ticktick-get-tasks` is on the TickTick server; every Constant Contact tool is on the Constant Contact server.
* Read-only. Do not call `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `constant-contact-update-contact` or `constant-contact-add-contact-note`.

**Validation:**

* If `permission-to-send` is not a clear yes, say so plainly.
* If the TickTick task and the contact name disagree, show both and do not pick one.
