The problem

Salesforce shows deals but not what the account pays

Salesforce shows an account's deals and contacts, but not what it pays in Stripe. Working out subscriptions and monthly recurring revenue means searching Stripe for each contact email, adding up items and converting yearly and weekly prices by hand.

Without PopdockAI

  • Collect contact emails from the account
  • Search Stripe for each one
  • Add up subscription items
  • Convert yearly and weekly prices to a month

With PopdockAI

  • Contact emails are matched to Stripe customers
  • Subscriptions are listed with status, period end and MRR
  • Prices are brought to a month, with totals per currency
  • Open invoices and a health verdict are added, read-only

Prompt
**Objective:** Report the Stripe subscriptions, monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and billing health for the Salesforce account `{account-name}`, limited to subscriptions with status `{subscription-status}` (default: every status except canceled).

**Step 1: Find the account in Salesforce**

Call `salesforce-get-account` with `name` set to `{account-name}`. If nothing comes back, call it again with `name.contains` set to `{account-name}`. If more than one account matches, list each one (name, account-id, billing city, owner) and stop, asking which one is meant.

**Step 2: Collect the account's email addresses**

Call `salesforce-get-contact` with `account-id` set to the account's account-id. Keep every non-empty email. If the account has no contacts with an email, report that the account cannot be matched to Stripe and stop.

**Step 3: Find the matching Stripe customers**

For each email, call `stripe-get-customer` with `email` set to it. Compare emails case-insensitively and trimmed. Keep every customer found, with the contact it matched. Note each contact with no Stripe customer.

**Step 4: Read their subscriptions and MRR**

For each Stripe customer, call `stripe-get-subscription` with `customer-id` set to its customer-id (add `status` when `{subscription-status}` is given). Then call `stripe-get-subscription-item` with `subscription-id` for each subscription to get price-unit-amount, quantity and price-recurring-interval. MRR per item is price-unit-amount times quantity, normalized to a month: year divided by 12, week times 52 divided by 12, day times 365 divided by 12. Keep amounts in the units and currency the tool returns; never add amounts in different currencies together.

**Step 5: Check billing health**

From `stripe-get-customer` use delinquent and balance. Call `stripe-get-invoice` with `customer-id` and `status` set to open to list unpaid invoices and their amount-remaining and due-date.

**Step 6: Report**

A header line with the Salesforce account name, account-id and owner. Then a table with one row per subscription: contact email, Stripe customer-id, subscription-id, status, current-period-end, cancel-at-period-end, MRR and currency. Then the total MRR per currency, the open invoices, and a one-line verdict: healthy, at risk (past_due, unpaid, delinquent, cancel-at-period-end, or open invoices past due) or not billed in Stripe.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `salesforce-get-account` and `salesforce-get-contact` are on the salesforce server. `stripe-get-customer`, `stripe-get-subscription`, `stripe-get-subscription-item` and `stripe-get-invoice` are on the stripe server.
* The join is the contact email in Salesforce against the customer email in Stripe. Do not match on company name alone.
* This is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-update-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-task` or any other salesforce add or update tool.

**Validation:**

* If no contact email matches a Stripe customer, say the account is not billed in Stripe under any contact email and list the emails tried.
* If one email matches more than one Stripe customer, report every customer-id and flag the duplicate.
* If a subscription has no items, report it with MRR unknown rather than zero.
