The problem

Habits slip quietly until they have lapsed

Habit streaks are checked one habit at a time in TickTick, so a habit that is slowly slipping goes unnoticed until it has lapsed. Comparing check-ins with how often each habit should happen takes a lot of counting.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each habit one at a time
  • Count check-ins against the repeat rule
  • Work out whether goals were met
  • Notice the slip after the habit has gone

With PopdockAI

  • Habits and check-ins for the period are read
  • Check-ins are compared with the days each habit expects
  • Habits are ranked with rate and trend
  • Unknown repeat rules are called unknown, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Review habit consistency from {from-date} to {to-date} (default today), optionally only habits matching {habit-name}.

**Step 1: Habits**

Call `ticktick-get-habits` (use `name.contains` if {habit-name} is given). Keep the active ones and note `goal`, `unit`, `target-days` and `repeat-rule`.

**Step 2: Check-ins**

Call `ticktick-get-habit-checkins` with `date.from` and `date.to`, and `habit-name.contains` when a single habit is requested.

**Step 3: Score**

For each habit, compare completed check-ins with the days expected by its `repeat-rule` in the period. Report the rate, and whether `value` met `goal`.

**Step 4: Report**

A ranked table: habit, expected, done, rate, trend (improving, steady, slipping). Name the two weakest habits and suggest a realistic change for each.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-complete-multiple-tasks`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `ticktick-move-task`, `ticktick-assign-task`, `ticktick-unassign-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-delete-comment`, `ticktick-add-project`, `ticktick-update-project`, `ticktick-delete-project`, `ticktick-add-column`, `ticktick-update-column`, `ticktick-add-project-group`, `ticktick-update-project-group`, `ticktick-delete-project-group`, `ticktick-add-tag`, `ticktick-add-focus-session` or `ticktick-delete-focus-session`.

**Validation:**

* If a habit has no `repeat-rule` detail, say the expectation is unknown instead of assuming daily.
* If no habits match, say so and stop.
