Buyers can see late purchase orders in Dynamics GP, but nothing shows whether anyone is chasing them in TickTick. Checking each PO number and vendor against the task list by hand is slow, so the orders nobody owns slip further.

**Objective:** Find purchase orders in Dynamics GP that are past their promised or required date (optionally only for vendor `{vendor-id}`) and report which of them have an open TickTick task and which have none.
**Step 1: Find late POs in Dynamics GP**
Call `dynamics-gp-get-pm-purchase-order` (Dynamics GP server), passing `vendor-id` = `{vendor-id}` only when it is not empty. Keep POs whose `po-status` is open or released, whose `remaining-subtotal` is above zero, and whose `promised-date` (or `required-date` when no promised date) is before today. Keep `po-number`, `vendor-id`, `vendor-name`, `promised-date`, `required-date`, `remaining-subtotal`. If none, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Look for a TickTick task per PO**
For each late PO call `ticktick-get-tasks` (TickTick server) with `title.contains` = the `po-number` and open status. If nothing matches, call it once more with `title.contains` = the `vendor-name`. A task counts as chasing the PO only when its title names the PO number, or the vendor name plus the word PO or purchase.
**Step 3: Report**
A table sorted by days late: po-number, vendor-name, promised-date, remaining-subtotal, days late, TickTick task (title, project-name, due-date, assignee) or "NO TASK". End with the count of covered and uncovered POs.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with dynamics-gp run on the Dynamics GP server; tools whose names start with ticktick run on the TickTick server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any tool that adds, updates, completes, moves, deletes or assigns (for example `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `ticktick-add-comment`) on the TickTick server, and do not call any Dynamics GP tool that creates or updates records or notes.
**Validation:**
* If a task matches by vendor name only, mark it "possible" rather than "covered".
