The problem

Hours of focus time nobody ever adds up

Focus sessions are recorded in one place and the tasks and projects they belong to in another, so hours per task or project are never worked out. Adding it up by hand means cross-checking, and sessions without a task muddy the totals.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scroll through focus sessions in the app
  • Look up the task and project for each one
  • Total the time per project and day by hand
  • Lose track of sessions with no task

With PopdockAI

  • Focus sessions in the period are read
  • The task and project behind each session are found
  • Time per project, task and day is totalled
  • Unlinked and manual sessions are counted apart, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Report focus time from {from-date} to {to-date} (default today), ignoring sessions under {min-minutes} minutes (default 0).

**Step 1: Read sessions**

Call `ticktick-get-focuses` with `start-time.from`, `start-time.to` and, if {min-minutes} is set, `duration-seconds.min` as that value times 60.

**Step 2: Resolve tasks**

For the distinct `task-id` values, call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `id` to get `title` and `project-name`. If a task is not found, try `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with `id`.

**Step 3: Report**

* Total focus time and session count.
* Time per project and per task, largest first.
* Time by day, to show the pattern.
* Sessions with no task, and sessions added manually (`added-manually`), counted separately.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-complete-multiple-tasks`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `ticktick-move-task`, `ticktick-assign-task`, `ticktick-unassign-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-delete-comment`, `ticktick-add-project`, `ticktick-update-project`, `ticktick-delete-project`, `ticktick-add-column`, `ticktick-update-column`, `ticktick-add-project-group`, `ticktick-update-project-group`, `ticktick-delete-project-group`, `ticktick-add-tag`, `ticktick-add-focus-session` or `ticktick-delete-focus-session`.

**Validation:**

* If no sessions are returned, say so and stop.
* Do not guess a project for a session whose task cannot be found.
