The problem

Weekly reviews written from memory

A weekly review means rebuilding the week from memory and several TickTick lists: what got finished, what slipped and how much focused work happened. Without the facts, wins and slippage are guessed.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scroll back through completed tasks
  • Hunt for tasks that slipped past due
  • Add up focus sessions by hand
  • Write the review from memory

With PopdockAI

  • Completed tasks are grouped by project
  • Slipped tasks are listed oldest first
  • Total focus hours and top tasks are shown
  • Three observations and one suggestion, and nothing is edited

Prompt
**Objective:** Review the period from {from-date} to {to-date} (default today), optionally for the project {project-name}.

**Step 1: Completed work**

Call `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with `completed-time.from` and `completed-time.to` for the period. Add `project-name` if {project-name} is given.

**Step 2: Slipped work**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `due-date.to` set to the end of the period and `status` open. These are tasks that were due and are still not done.

**Step 3: Focus time**

Call `ticktick-get-focuses` with `start-time.from` and `start-time.to` for the period. Sum `duration-seconds`.

**Step 4: Report**

* Completed count, grouped by project, with the most notable titles.
* Slipped tasks, oldest due date first.
* Total focus hours and the tasks that received the most focus.
* Three observations on patterns, and one suggestion for next week.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-complete-multiple-tasks`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `ticktick-move-task`, `ticktick-assign-task`, `ticktick-unassign-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-delete-comment`, `ticktick-add-project`, `ticktick-update-project`, `ticktick-delete-project`, `ticktick-add-column`, `ticktick-update-column`, `ticktick-add-project-group`, `ticktick-update-project-group`, `ticktick-delete-project-group`, `ticktick-add-tag`, `ticktick-add-focus-session` or `ticktick-delete-focus-session`.

**Validation:**

* If the completed read is empty, say so rather than inferring.
* If {to-date} is empty use today. If {from-date} is after {to-date}, ask and stop.
