**Objective:** Show how open work in {project-name} is spread across people as of {as-of-date}.
**Step 1: Resolve the project**
Call `ticktick-get-projects` with `name.contains` set to {project-name}. If several match, list them and stop.
**Step 2: Members**
Call `ticktick-get-project-members` with the `project-id`.
**Step 3: Tasks**
Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with the `project-id` and `status` open.
**Step 4: Report**
* Per member: open tasks, overdue tasks, high-priority tasks and tasks due in 7 days.
* Unassigned open tasks.
* Members with no work, and members carrying well above the average.
* Suggestions for rebalancing, naming specific tasks. Do not apply them.
