See a customer's GP account and TickTick work together
For account managers who ask their AI assistant for a Dynamics GP customer's position and the TickTick work tied to it.

The problem
Customer work in TickTick is hard to find
Account managers check a customer's balance in Dynamics GP, then search TickTick by hand for tasks tied to that customer. TickTick has no customer ID, so work that is not named consistently is easily missed.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up the balance and open items in Dynamics GP
- Search TickTick by name and guess other spellings
- Read task comments for context
- Miss an overdue invoice that has no task
With PopdockAI
- Balance, limit, hold, recent documents and service calls are read
- TickTick is searched by customer name and ID
- Each match shows its basis, and weak matches are flagged
- Gaps like an overdue document with no task are called out

**Objective:** Trace GP customer `{customer-id}` across both systems: its account position in Dynamics GP and any TickTick tasks, comments and completed work that mention the customer (looking back `{lookback-days}` days for completed work, default 30).
**Step 1: Establish the customer in Dynamics GP**
Call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-customer` (Dynamics GP server) with `customer-id` = `{customer-id}`. If nothing is returned, say the customer does not exist in GP and stop. Keep `customer-name`, `customer-balance`, `credit-limit-amount`, `hold` and `contact-person`.
Call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-trx` (Dynamics GP server) with `customer-id` = `{customer-id}` and keep the 10 most recent documents with their `document-type`, `document-number`, `document-date`, `due-date` and `current-transaction-amount`.
Call `dynamics-gp-get-srv-service-call` (Dynamics GP server) with `customer-id` = `{customer-id}` and keep the open calls (`service-call-number`, `service-call-status`, `priority-level`).
**Step 2: Carry the customer across to TickTick**
TickTick has no customer id field, so the join is text. Call `ticktick-get-tasks` (TickTick server) with `title.contains` = the GP `customer-name` (use the most distinctive word if the full name returns nothing, and say you did so), then again with `title.contains` = `{customer-id}`. Merge the results by task `id`.
For each matching task call `ticktick-get-task-comments` (TickTick server) with its `task-id` and `project-id`. Call `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` (TickTick server) with `title.contains` = the customer name and `completed-time.from` set `{lookback-days}` days back.
**Step 3: Report**
1. GP account position: balance, credit limit, hold flag, last 10 documents, open service calls.
2. Open TickTick tasks: title, project-name, due-date, priority, assignee.
3. Recently completed TickTick tasks and the latest comment on each open task.
4. Gaps: overdue documents or open service calls with no matching TickTick task.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with dynamics-gp run on the Dynamics GP server; tools whose names start with ticktick run on the TickTick server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any tool that adds, updates, completes, moves, deletes or assigns (for example `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-complete-task`, `ticktick-delete-task`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `ticktick-add-comment`) on the TickTick server, and do not call any Dynamics GP tool that creates or updates records or notes.
* A TickTick task counts as a match only if its title visibly names the customer or id; list the match basis for each.
**Validation:**
* If TickTick returns no tasks, report the customer as present in GP and absent from TickTick, and still give Step 1.
* If a customer name matches tasks for a different customer, list them as uncertain instead of attributing them.Who it's for

Account managers
Prepare with the account and the work
The balance and every related task in one answer, so nothing is missed before a call.
Trace Dynamics GP customer FABRIKAM01 into TickTick and show open work for them.
Collections specialists
Check overdue items have a follow-up
Overdue documents with no matching task are called out, so someone owns each one.
Does Northwind Traders have overdue invoices in Dynamics GP with no follow-up task in TickTick?
Service coordinators
Line up calls with tasks
Open service calls sit beside TickTick tasks, so field work and follow-ups are coordinated.
Show Contoso's open service calls in Dynamics GP and any TickTick tasks about them from the last 30 days.
How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give a customer ID, and your AI assistant sets the Dynamics GP account beside matching TickTick work. It only reads, and stops if the customer is not in GP.
01
Ask
You give a Dynamics GP customer ID and optionally a look-back period.
02
Read GP
It reads the balance, recent documents and open service calls.
03
Search TickTick
It finds tasks, comments and completed work naming the customer.
04
Report
You get both views, the match basis and any gaps.
