**Objective:** Trace Shopify order `{order-number}` across both systems and give one timeline.

**Step 1: The order (Shopify server)**

Call `shopify-get-order` with `name` set to the order name (try `order-number` if nothing matches). If it returns nothing or more than one order, report that and stop. Keep `order-id`.

**Step 2: Fulfillment and refunds (Shopify server)**

Call `shopify-get-fulfillment-order` with `order-id`, `shopify-get-fulfillment` with `order-id`, and `shopify-get-refund` with `order-id`.

**Step 3: Tasks (TickTick server)**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `title.contains` set to the order name, then again with the bare number. Also call `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with `title.contains` set to the order name. For each task found, call `ticktick-get-task-comments` with its `project-id` and `task-id`.

**Step 4: Report**

A dated timeline mixing both sources: order created, fulfillments, refunds, task created, comments, task completed. Mark each line Shopify or TickTick. Finish with the current state and any gap, such as an unfulfilled order with no task.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Shopify tools: `shopify-get-order`, `shopify-get-fulfillment-order`, `shopify-get-fulfillment`, `shopify-get-refund`. TickTick tools: `ticktick-get-tasks`, `ticktick-get-completed-tasks`, `ticktick-get-task-comments`.
* Read-only. Never call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `shopify-update-order`, or any other add, update or delete tool.

**Validation:**

* If no TickTick task mentions the order, say so; do not create one.
* Matching to tasks is by text in the title only; say that when reporting.
