Add recent Bloomerang donors to Constant Contact, never unsubscribes

**Objective:** Find Bloomerang donors who gave in the last {lookback-days} days (default 90), with a gift of at least {min-amount} if given, who are not yet in Constant Contact, and after the user confirms, add them to the Constant Contact list {list-name}.

**Step 1: Resolve the Constant Contact list**

Call `constant-contact-get-contact-list` with `name` set to the list name, then `name.contains` if that is empty. If more than one list matches, show them and stop. If none match, tell the user the list does not exist and stop. Keep its list-id.

**Step 2: Collect the donors in Bloomerang**

Call `bloomerang-get-transaction` with `date.from` set to today minus the lookback days, and `amount.min` if a minimum was given. Skip refunded transactions. Take the unique account-ids. For each, call `bloomerang-get-constituent` with `id` set to the account-id. Skip, and count separately, constituents whose status is not Active and constituents with no primary-email. For the rest, call `bloomerang-get-email-address` with `account-id` and skip any whose primary email is flagged bad.

**Step 3: Check Constant Contact**

For each donor's primary-email, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` set to it.

* Not found: a candidate to add.
* Found and permission-to-send is unsubscribed: never add; list as Unsubscribed.
* Found otherwise: call `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member` with `contact-id` and `list-id`. If they are already on the list, skip them. If not, list them as Existing contact, not on list, because the add tool cannot change an existing contact's lists.

**Step 4: Confirm**

Show the candidates: name, email, phone, last gift date and amount. Ask the user to confirm all, a subset, or none, and whether these donors gave direct email opt-in. Write nothing until they reply.

**Step 5: Add the contacts**

For each confirmed donor, call `constant-contact-add-contact` once with `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `phone` (from primary-phone), `company-name` (from employer, if any) and `list-id`. Set `permission-to-send` to explicit only if the user confirmed direct opt-in; otherwise leave it out.

**Step 6: Report**

Counts of contacts added, failed (with the error), and skipped by reason: inactive, no email, bad email, already on list, unsubscribed, existing contact not on list (list these by email so the user can add them by hand).

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Bloomerang tools: `bloomerang-get-transaction`, `bloomerang-get-constituent`, `bloomerang-get-email-address`. Constant Contact tools: `constant-contact-get-contact-list`, `constant-contact-get-contact`, `constant-contact-get-contact-list-member`, `constant-contact-add-contact`.
* The only tool that writes is `constant-contact-add-contact`, and only after the confirmation in Step 4.
* Do not call `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact-list`, `bloomerang-update-constituent` or `bloomerang-update-email-address`. Never re-add an unsubscribed contact.
* Match emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces. Never match on name alone.
* The Bloomerang constituent `id` is the same number every other Bloomerang tool takes as `account-id`.
**Validation:**

* If no gifts fall in the window, say so and stop.
* If two Bloomerang constituents share one primary email, add the contact once and say which accounts share it.
