The problem
Gift entries fail because a GL account changed
Every DonorPerfect GL code needs a Business Central account that can take a posting. When an account is blocked, renamed or turned into a heading, gift entries fail and nobody knows which codes are affected.
Without PopdockAI
- Export GL codes from DonorPerfect
- Look up each account in Business Central
- Check blocked, heading and direct posting settings by hand
- Find out at month end when journal lines are rejected
With PopdockAI
- Every GL code and mapped campaign is collected
- Each account is checked in Business Central
- Problems are classed as missing, blocked, heading or closed
- One fix per problem group, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Check that every GL code DonorPerfect assigns to gifts matches a G/L account in Business Central that can take a direct posting. If `{company}` is given, pass it as `company` on every Business Central call. Include inactive DonorPerfect codes only when `{include-inactive}` is "true" (default: active codes only).
**Step 1: Collect the GL codes from DonorPerfect**
Call `donorperfect-get-code` with `field-name` = GL_CODE and `inactive` = false (leave `inactive` out when `{include-inactive}` is "true"). Keep `code`, `description`, `account-number` and `inactive`. If nothing comes back, try `field-name` = GL and then GLCODE. If none of those return rows, ask the user for the name of the GL code field and stop.
Also call `donorperfect-get-code` with `field-name` = CAMPAIGN and keep any row with a non-blank `account-number`. A campaign mapped to an account also has to match the Business Central chart.
For each code, the account to look up is `account-number` when it is filled in, and otherwise `code` itself.
**Step 2: Look up each account in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-account` with `account-number` = that account. Record `name`, `account-type`, `blocked`, `direct-posting` and `income-balance`.
**Step 3: Classify and report**
Put each code in exactly one group, the first that applies:
1. **Missing:** no G/L account with that number.
2. **Blocked:** `blocked` is true.
3. **Not a posting account:** `account-type` is anything other than Posting (a heading, total or begin/end total cannot take entries).
4. **No direct posting:** `direct-posting` is false, so a journal line against it will be rejected.
5. **Balance sheet account:** `income-balance` is Balance Sheet. Allowed, but unusual for gift revenue, so flag it for review.
6. **OK.**
Report a table: DonorPerfect field (GL_CODE or CAMPAIGN), code, DonorPerfect description, account looked up, Business Central account name, group. List groups 1 to 5 first, then a single count of the codes that are OK.
Finish with one line per problem group saying what to fix and where (for example, "create account 4105 in Business Central, or change the account number on code 4105-EVT in DonorPerfect").
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `donorperfect-get-code` is on the donorperfect server. `business-central-get-account` is on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any save, create or update tool on either server, including `business-central-create-journal-line`.
**Validation:**
* If a code matches no account exactly, retry once with spaces and dashes removed. Report a match found this way as OK but say the formats differ.
* If Business Central returns more than one account for a number, list them all under that code and put it in the Missing group with a note to check the company.Who it's for
