For finance teams who need a DonorPerfect donor set up as a Business Central customer, linked both ways, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Retyping a donor into Business Central creates duplicates
When a donor needs invoicing, someone retypes their name and address into Business Central and checks they are not already a customer. Without a note back on the donor, the next person has no idea a customer record exists.
Without PopdockAI
- Copy name and address from DonorPerfect
- Search Business Central for an existing customer
- Create the customer by hand
- Forget to note the number on the donor
With PopdockAI
- The donor and billing address are read
- Business Central is searched by email and name first
- You see the exact customer before it is created
- The new number is noted back on the donor

**Objective:** Make DonorPerfect donor `{donor-id}` a customer in Business Central so it can be invoiced, without creating a duplicate, and record the new customer number back on the donor in DonorPerfect. If `{company}` is given, pass it as `company` on every Business Central call.
**Step 1: Read the donor in DonorPerfect**
Call `donorperfect-get-donor` with `donor-id` = `{donor-id}`. If nothing comes back, say so and stop.
Call `donorperfect-get-address` with `donor-id` = `{donor-id}` for the full street address, country and phone. If there are several addresses, use the one whose `address-type` marks it as the main or billing address, and otherwise ask the user which one.
The customer name is `organization-name`, or first name and last name for an individual.
**Step 2: Check Business Central for an existing customer**
* Call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` = the donor's `email`, if it has one.
* Call `business-central-get-customer` with `name.contains` = the customer name with legal suffixes (Inc, LLC, Ltd, Foundation) removed.
If either returns a customer, show it (`customer-number`, `name`, `city`, `email`, `balance`) and stop. Do not create a second one. Tell the user that if this is the same organisation, the number can be noted on the donor by running this prompt again after they confirm.
**Step 3: Confirm with the user**
Show the customer you are about to create: `display-name`, `email`, `phone-number`, `address-line-1`, `city`, `state`, `postal-code`, `country`, and `type` Company (or Person for an individual). Ask the user to confirm. Do not continue without an explicit yes.
**Step 4: Create the customer**
Call `business-central-create-customer` with the confirmed values. Leave `number` blank so Business Central assigns one. Take `id` and `number` from the result.
Then call `business-central-get-customer` with `customer-number` = the new number to confirm it reads back.
**Step 5: Note it on the donor**
Call `donorperfect-save-other-info` with `donor-id` = `{donor-id}`, `date` = today, and `comments` = "Business Central customer <number> created <today> in company <company or default>".
**Step 6: Report**
The DonorPerfect `donor-id` and name, the new Business Central customer `number` and `id`, the fields it was created with, and the `other-id` of the DonorPerfect note.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `donorperfect-get-donor`, `donorperfect-get-address` and `donorperfect-save-other-info` are on the donorperfect server. `business-central-get-customer` and `business-central-create-customer` are on the business-central server.
* The only tools that may write are `business-central-create-customer` (once, after the user confirms in Step 3) and `donorperfect-save-other-info` (once, after the customer is created).
* Do not call `donorperfect-save-donor`, `business-central-update-customer` or `business-central-create-contact`.
**Validation:**
* If `{donor-id}` is missing, ask for it.
* If `business-central-create-customer` fails, report the error and do not write the DonorPerfect note.
* If `donorperfect-save-other-info` fails after the customer was created, report the customer number clearly so the user can add the note by hand.
* Business Central expects a two-letter `country` code. Convert a full country name from DonorPerfect, and ask if it is unclear.Who it's for
