The problem
A major ask lands on a customer with unpaid invoices
Some donors are also customers you invoice, but development works in DonorPerfect and finance in Business Central. Without a combined view, a team can make a major ask of an organisation with unpaid invoices outstanding.
Without PopdockAI
- Export organisation donors from DonorPerfect
- Search Business Central for each one
- Check balances and open invoices by hand
- Make an ask without knowing what is owed
With PopdockAI
- Organisation donors over your level are read
- Each is found in Business Central by email, then name
- Name-only matches are labelled, all candidates listed
- Giving sits beside sales and balance due, read-only

**Objective:** Find the DonorPerfect donors that also exist as customers in Business Central, and show each one's giving alongside their customer balance. Look only at donors whose lifetime giving is at least `{min-gift-total}` (default 1000). If `{donor-name}` is given, look only at donors whose name contains it. If `{company}` is given, pass it as `company` on every Business Central call.
**Step 1: List the donors in DonorPerfect**
Call `donorperfect-get-donor` with `gift-total.min` = `{min-gift-total}` (1000 when blank) and, when given, `last-name.contains` = `{donor-name}`. DonorPerfect stores an organisation's name in `last-name` and in `organization-name`. Keep donors with a non-blank `organization-name`; if `{donor-name}` was given, keep individuals too.
**Step 2: Look for each donor in Business Central**
For each donor, try in this order and stop at the first that returns a customer:
1. `business-central-get-customer` with `email` = the donor's `email`, if the donor has one.
2. `business-central-get-customer` with `name.contains` = the donor's `organization-name` (or `last-name` for an individual), with legal suffixes such as Inc, LLC, Ltd and Foundation removed.
A name-only match is a likely match, not a certain one. Treat it as confirmed only when the city or state also agree, and label it "name only" otherwise. If a search returns several customers, list them all under that donor and do not pick one.
**Step 3: Report**
A table with one row per matched donor: `donor-id`, donor name, match basis (email, name and city, name only), Business Central `customer-number` and `name`, DonorPerfect `gift-total` and `year-to-date`, Business Central `sales`, `balance-due` and `outstanding-invoices`. Sort by `balance-due`, largest first.
Then list donors with no customer match as one line each (`donor-id`, name, `gift-total`). Say how many donors were checked and how many matched.
Call out any matched donor that has a Business Central `balance-due` above zero and gave in DonorPerfect this year: that is a relationship where the development and finance teams should talk before the next ask or the next invoice.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `donorperfect-get-donor` is on the donorperfect server. `business-central-get-customer` is on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `donorperfect-save-donor`, `business-central-create-customer`, `business-central-update-customer` or any other save, create or update tool on either server.
**Validation:**
* If DonorPerfect returns no donors, say so and suggest a lower `{min-gift-total}`.
* Compare names case-insensitively and ignore punctuation. Compare email addresses case-insensitively.
* If more than 100 donors qualify, check the 100 with the largest `gift-total` and say how many were left out.Who it's for
