Chasing missing receipts means pulling card transactions and uploaded receipts and matching one list against the other by hand. Small purchases get ignored, the same people get chased again, and nobody knows how much spend is undocumented.

The prompt
Use this prompt
Copy it into any AI tool connected to PopdockAI. Swap the values in braces for your own.
**Objective:** Find card transactions from the last {days-back} days (default 30) of at least {min-amount} (default 75) that have no receipt, grouped by cardholder.
**Step 1: Transactions**
Call `ramp-get-transaction` with `transaction-time.from` set to today minus the window and `amount.min` set to the threshold. Drop declined transactions.
**Step 2: Receipts**
Call `ramp-get-receipt` with `created-at.from` set to the same window start. Build the set of transaction ids that have a receipt. A transaction whose id is in that set is covered.
**Step 3: Report**
Group the uncovered transactions by cardholder name: date, merchant, amount, currency. Order cardholders by total uncovered value. State how many transactions were checked and how many lack receipts.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Never call `ramp-memo-add` or any other write tool.
* Receipts uploaded before the window start may be missed. Say this in the report.
**Validation:**
* If no transactions match, say so and stop.
* If either read returns 200 rows, warn the list may be truncated and suggest a shorter window.Who it's for
