Find the Ramp spend that never reached your accounting system

**Objective:** Find card transactions and bills from the last {days-back} days (default 14) that have not synced to the accounting system, so the books can be closed cleanly. Ignore anything under {min-amount} (default 0).

**Step 1: Transactions**

Call `ramp-get-transaction` with `transaction-time.from` set to today minus the window and `amount.min` set to the minimum. Keep rows whose sync status is not synced. Skip declined transactions (a declined amount above zero with no cleared amount).

**Step 2: Bills**

Call `ramp-get-bill` for the same period using `due-date.from` set to the window start. Keep rows whose sync status is not synced.

**Step 3: Explain the gaps**

For each unsynced transaction, call `ramp-get-transaction-line-item` filtered by `transaction-merchant-name` to see whether the lines have a memo and accounting fields. Missing memo or accounting fields is the usual reason a sync is held.

**Step 4: Report**

Two tables (transactions, bills): date, counterparty, amount, currency, sync status, likely reason. End with counts and total value per currency.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Do not call `ramp-accounting-sync-ready`, `ramp-accounting-sync-post-status`, `ramp-memo-add` or any other write tool. Recommend, never fix.

**Validation:**

* If everything is synced, say so plainly.
* If a result set reaches 200 rows, say it may be truncated.
