The problem
Call prep means searching two systems that never line up
Before a call a rep searches BigCommerce for a customer's orders, then Attio for the person, company and deals. Company names differ or one side has no record, and the preparation can take longer than the call.
Without PopdockAI
- Search BigCommerce for the customer and add up orders
- Search Attio for the person and their company
- Open each deal to see where it stands
- Guess whether the two records are the same customer
With PopdockAI
- The customer is found in both systems by email, ignoring case
- Orders are totalled beside the Attio person, company and deals
- A missing or duplicate match is reported, never guessed
- It closes by saying whether name and company agree

**Objective:** Build a single view of the person with email `{email}`, combining their BigCommerce store history with their Attio CRM record. Look back `{lookback-days}` days for orders (default 365).
Servers: `attio-*` tools are on the attio server, `bigcommerce-*` tools are on the bigcommerce server. Both must be connected.
**Step 1: Find the store customer (bigcommerce)**
Call `bigcommerce-get-customer` with `email` = `{email}`. If nothing comes back, say the person is not a store customer and continue to Step 3. If more than one matches, list them (id, name, email) and stop.
**Step 2: Get their orders (bigcommerce)**
Call `bigcommerce-get-order` with `customer-id` = the `id` from Step 1 and `date-created.from` set to today minus the look-back. Total the orders (`total-including-tax`), note the latest `date-created`, and count by `status`.
**Step 3: Find the CRM person (attio)**
Call `attio-get-record-people` with `email-addresses` = `{email}`. If nothing comes back, report the person as in the store but absent from Attio and skip Step 4. If more than one matches, list them and stop.
**Step 4: Get company and deals (attio)**
Take `company` from the person record and call `attio-get-record-companies` with `name` set to it. Then call `attio-get-record-deals` with `associated-company` set to the company name. List each deal with `deal-name`, `deal-stage`, `deal-value` and `deal-owner`.
**Step 5: Report**
Give: store profile (name, company, group, created date); order count, revenue and latest order; CRM person (job title, last interaction, `web-url` if present); company; open and closed deals. End with one line saying whether the CRM and the store agree on name and company, and what differs.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call any add, update, upsert or delete tool on either server (for example `attio-add-person`, `attio-update-person`, `bigcommerce-customer-update`).
* The join key is the email address. Compare it case-insensitively.
**Validation:**
* If the store company and the Attio company name differ, show both and do not pick one.
* If the person has no orders in the window, say so rather than leaving the section blank.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give an email and your AI assistant reads BigCommerce and Attio for that customer. It changes nothing and tells you when the two sides do not agree.
01
Ask
You give an email and, optionally, how many days of orders to include.
02
Store
It finds the BigCommerce customer and totals their orders by status.
03
CRM
It finds the Attio person, then the company and its deals.
04
Report
You get both sides together, ending with whether name and company agree.
