Check Business Central items against AvaTax tax codes

**Objective:** For Business Central items matching `{item-filter}` (an item category code, or empty for all), show whether each item exists in Avalara AvaTax and which tax code it carries.

**Step 1: List the items in Business Central**

Call `business-central-get-item`. If `{item-filter}` is not empty, set `item-category-code` to it. Keep `item-number`, `description`, `type` and `blocked`. Drop items whose `type` is not an inventory or service item you can sell, and say how many you dropped.

**Step 2: Look each item up in Avalara AvaTax**

For each item, call `avalara-avatax-get-item` with `item-code` set to the Business Central `item-number`. Keep `item-code`, `tax-code`, `description` and `upc`. Check at most the first 25 items; if there are more, say the rest were not checked.

**Step 3: Look up the tax codes**

For each distinct `tax-code` found, call `avalara-avatax-get-tax-code` with `tax-code` set to it and keep its `description` and `active`.

**Step 4: Report**

List items missing from AvaTax. For items present, list item number, description, AvaTax tax code and tax code description. Flag items with no tax code, items whose tax code is not active, and items whose descriptions differ markedly between the two systems. Compare Business Central `gtin` with AvaTax `upc` where both are present.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with avalara-avatax- are on the avalara-avatax MCP server; tools whose names start with business-central- are on the business-central MCP server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any create, update, delete, add, void, commit, adjust, refund or other action tool on either server.
* Report what the two systems show. Do not present results as tax advice or as a filed return.

**Validation:**

* If `business-central-get-item` returns nothing, say so and stop.
* A blocked Business Central item missing from AvaTax is low priority; list it separately.
