Confirm a Business Central credit memo reversed tax in AvaTax

**Objective:** Check that Business Central posted sales credit memo `{credit-memo-number}` is reflected as a return or refund transaction in Avalara AvaTax.

**Step 1: Read the credit memo in Business Central**

Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-credit-memo` with `credit-memo-number` set to `{credit-memo-number}`. If nothing is returned, say so and stop. Keep `sell-to-customer-number`, `posting-date`, `total-amount`, `total-amount-including-tax`, `applies-to-document-number` and `cancelled`. Credit memo tax is `total-amount-including-tax` minus `total-amount`.

**Step 2: Find the return in Avalara AvaTax**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-transaction` with `code` set to `{credit-memo-number}`. If nothing is returned and `applies-to-document-number` is not empty, call it with `code` set to that invoice number to see whether the original sale exists. If still nothing, retry with `customer-code` set to the Business Central `sell-to-customer-number`, `date.from` and `date.to` set to `posting-date`.

**Step 3: Report**

State whether a return transaction exists, its `code`, `document-type`, `status`, `total-amount` and `total-tax`, and compare them with the credit memo (signs may be opposite; compare absolute values). Say whether the original invoice is present in AvaTax.

* If nothing is found at all, report the credit memo as absent from AvaTax.
