**Objective:** Check that the GL accounts Ramp uses for coding match the Dynamics GP chart of accounts for company {company} (default company if blank), optionally limited to account type {account-type}. Read only.
**Step 1: Read Ramp GL accounts**
Call `ramp-get-accounting-gl-account` (Ramp server). Keep `code`, `name`, `active`, `classification` and `visibility`.
**Step 2: Read the Dynamics GP chart of accounts**
Call `dynamics-gp-get-gl-account` (Dynamics GP server) with `company` {company} and `account-type` {account-type} when given. Keep `account-number`, `account-description`, `active`, `posting-type` and `allow-account-entry`.
**Step 3: Match across systems**
Match the Ramp `code` to the GP `account-number`. If the formats differ (for example dashes between segments), state the normalisation you used.
**Step 4: Report**
Tables: (a) active Ramp accounts with no GP account; (b) Ramp accounts whose GP account is inactive, does not allow account entry or is not a posting account; (c) matched accounts where the name and GP description differ materially; (d) active GP posting accounts not in Ramp (informational). End with counts.

* `ramp-get-accounting-gl-account` is on the Ramp server; `dynamics-gp-get-gl-account` is on the Dynamics GP server.
* Do NOT call `ramp-bill-add`, `ramp-bill-update`, `ramp-vendor-add`, `ramp-vendor-update`, `ramp-purchase-order-update` or any other Ramp tool that adds, updates or deletes Ramp records, or `dynamics-gp-pm-payables-trx-add`, `dynamics-gp-pm-vendor-add`, `dynamics-gp-pm-purchase-order-add` or any other Dynamics GP tool that adds or updates Dynamics GP records.
**Validation:**
* If either side returns no accounts, report that and stop rather than listing everything as missing.
