The problem
Delivery status and client conversations never meet
Before speaking to a client you want to know how their projects are going in Teamwork.com and what they said on recent calls. Putting delivery and conversation side by side means opening every project and rereading Chorus summaries.
Without PopdockAI
- Open every project for the client in Teamwork.com
- Check health, late milestones and updates
- Reread Chorus call summaries and emails
- Connect complaints to late work in your head
With PopdockAI
- The client company and its open projects are read
- Health, late milestones and the latest update are shown
- Recent Chorus calls and emails are read alongside
- Concerns tied to late work are quoted, nothing changed

**Objective:** Produce a single brief on the client `{account-name}` that puts what was said in Chorus next to what is being delivered in Teamwork, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 30).
**Step 1: Find the client in Teamwork**
Call `teamwork-get-companies` with `name.contains` set to `{account-name}`. If more than one company matches, list them with their `company-id` and stop, asking which one is meant. If none matches, say the client has no Teamwork company and continue with Step 3 only.
**Step 2: Read the delivery picture in Teamwork**
Call `teamwork-get-projects` with `company-id` from Step 1. For each project that is not completed:
* call `teamwork-get-project-health` with its `project-id` for the health score;
* call `teamwork-get-milestones` with its `project-id` and `completed` false, and note any milestone whose `deadline` has passed;
* call `teamwork-get-project-updates` with its `project-id` and keep the most recent update's `health-label` and `text`.
**Step 3: Read the conversations in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name.contains` set to `{account-name}` and `date.from` set to today minus the lookback. Then call `chorus-get-emails` with `account-name.contains` set to `{account-name}` and `sent-time.from` set to the same date. Chorus account names and Teamwork company names are typed separately, so accept a match on the distinctive part of the name and say which spelling each system uses if they differ.
**Step 4: Report**
1. A one-line headline: overall delivery health and when the client was last spoken to.
2. Delivery: a table of open projects with status, health score, late milestones and the latest update's health label.
3. Conversations: the calls in date order with subject, date, Chorus user and the `meeting-summary` in one or two sentences; then a count of emails and the most recent subject.
4. Where they meet: anything the client raised on a call that relates to a late milestone or a poor health rating, quoted from the summary.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `teamwork-get-companies`, `teamwork-get-projects`, `teamwork-get-project-health`, `teamwork-get-milestones` and `teamwork-get-project-updates` are on the teamwork server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `teamwork-create-message`, `teamwork-create-task`, `teamwork-update-project` or any other teamwork create or update tool, and do not call `chorus-add-moment` or any other chorus write tool.
* Do not quote email bodies in full; summarise them.
**Validation:**
* If Chorus returns nothing, report the client as having no recorded conversations in the window rather than treating it as an error.
* If both sides return nothing, say that `{account-name}` was not found in either system and stop.Who it's for
