The problem

Client call time that never reaches a timesheet

Client calls take real time, but they often never make it onto a timesheet in Teamwork.com. Finding the gaps means comparing a person's Chorus call history with their time entries, day by day and project by project.

Without PopdockAI

  • Pull the person's client calls and durations
  • Pull their time entries for the same dates
  • Match calls to projects by hand
  • Total the uncovered minutes

With PopdockAI

  • The person is confirmed in Chorus and Teamwork.com
  • Client calls and logged time are read for the dates
  • Same day entries on the client's project count as covered
  • Uncovered calls and minutes are shown, nothing written

Prompt
**Objective:** For the person with email `{user-email}`, find the client calls recorded in Chorus between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}` (default the last 7 days) that have no matching time entry in Teamwork.

**Step 1: Identify the person on both sides**

Call `chorus-get-users` with `email` set to `{user-email}` to confirm they are a Chorus user. Call `teamwork-get-people` with `email` set to `{user-email}` and keep `person-id`. If either returns nothing, say which system does not know the person and stop.

**Step 2: Read the calls in Chorus**

Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `user-email` set to `{user-email}`, `date.from` and `date.to`. Keep `conversation-id`, `subject`, `date`, `duration` and `account-name`. Chorus reports `duration` in seconds; convert to minutes. If the values are implausibly small for seconds, treat them as minutes and say so.

**Step 3: Read the time in Teamwork**

Call `teamwork-get-time` with `user-id` set to the `person-id` from Step 1 and `time-logged.from` and `time-logged.to` set to the same dates. Keep `time-logged`, `minutes`, `project-name`, `task-name` and `description`.

**Step 4: Match**

A call is covered when there is a time entry on the same day whose project belongs to the call's account (compare `account-name` with `project-name`, and call `teamwork-get-projects` with `company-name.contains` if the project name does not carry the client) or whose `description` mentions the call subject. One time entry can cover several calls on the same day if its minutes are at least their combined duration.

**Step 5: Report**

A table of uncovered calls: date, account, subject, duration in minutes and the Teamwork project it most likely belongs to. Then totals: calls found, calls covered, uncovered minutes. Suggest running `log-call-time` to record them.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `chorus-get-users` and `chorus-get-engagements` are on the chorus server. `teamwork-get-people`, `teamwork-get-time` and `teamwork-get-projects` are on the teamwork server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `teamwork-create-time-entry` or `teamwork-update-time-entry`, and do not call any chorus write tool.
* Internal calls with no `account-name` are out of scope; count them separately and do not list them.

**Validation:**

* If Chorus has no calls in the range, say so and stop.
* If no Teamwork project can be linked to an account, list the call as uncovered with the project shown as "no matching project".
