Set up client contacts in Teamwork.com from your Chorus calls
For project teams who want client people from recent calls added under the right Teamwork.com company, with no invites sent, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Client contacts typed in by hand, or invited by mistake
Client people who join your calls often need to be in Teamwork.com so delivery can work with them, but adding them means checking each email and typing details in. Add someone the wrong way and they may get an invite they should never see.
Without PopdockAI
- Find the client company in Teamwork.com
- Collect outside people from the client's calls
- Check each email against existing people
- Risk sending an invite or admin rights
With PopdockAI
- The client company is found and its calls read
- Colleagues and existing people are dropped
- You confirm, edit or drop each person first
- Contacts are added with no invite and no admin rights

**Objective:** For the client `{account-name}`, find the external people who took part in Chorus calls over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90) and are not yet in Teamwork, then add them as contacts under the client's Teamwork company after the user confirms.
**Step 1: Find the client company in Teamwork**
Call `teamwork-get-companies` with `name.contains` set to `{account-name}`. If several match, list them and ask. If none match, stop and say the company must exist in Teamwork first.
**Step 2: Collect the call participants in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name.contains` set to `{account-name}` and `date.from` set to today minus the lookback. For each `conversation-id`, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with that id. Keep participants who are external (no Chorus `user-id`, or a `company-name` other than your own) and who have an `email`. De-duplicate by email.
**Step 3: Check who Teamwork already has**
For each email, call `teamwork-get-people` with `email` set to it. Drop anyone who comes back. Compare emails case-insensitively.
**Step 4: Confirm**
Show the missing people: first name, last name (split from the Chorus `name`; if it cannot be split cleanly, show it and ask), email, title and the number of calls they joined. Ask the user to confirm, edit or drop. Do not write until they confirm.
**Step 5: Write and confirm**
For each confirmed person call `teamwork-create-person` once with `first-name`, `last-name`, `email`, `title`, `company-id` from Step 1, `user-type` set to contact and `send-invite` false. Report each returned `id`.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-conversation-participants` are on the chorus server. `teamwork-get-companies`, `teamwork-get-people` and `teamwork-create-person` are on the teamwork server.
* `teamwork-create-person` is the only tool that may write, and only after confirmation. Never set `administrator` or `send-invite` to true. Do not call `teamwork-update-person`, `teamwork-create-company` or any chorus write tool.
* Never add your own colleagues; anyone whose email domain matches a Chorus user's is internal.
**Validation:**
* If no calls are found for the client, say so and stop.
* If every participant is already in Teamwork, say so and stop without writing.Who it's for
