The problem

Small mismatches between billing and ERP customers

When a customer is in both 2Checkout and NetSuite, someone compares the records by hand to see whether name, phone and currency agree. Small mismatches slip by, and matching on name alone can link the wrong customers.

Without PopdockAI

  • Search 2Checkout for the customer
  • Search NetSuite by name and hope it is the same one
  • Compare fields across two screens
  • Link the wrong records by mistake

With PopdockAI

  • Customer found in both systems by email only
  • Email, name, phone and currency compared
  • Each field marked match or mismatch with both values
  • Both record references given, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Compare the customer with email `{email}` in 2Checkout and in NetSuite and report every difference.

**Step 1: Read 2Checkout (2checkout server)**

Call `2checkout-get-customer` with `email` = `{email}`. If more than one record comes back, list them and stop. If none, say the customer is absent from 2Checkout and continue to Step 2.

**Step 2: Read NetSuite (netsuite server)**

Call `netsuite-get-customer` with `email` = `{email}`. If more than one comes back, list them and stop. If none, report the customer as present in 2Checkout and absent from NetSuite.

**Step 3: Compare**

Compare email, name (2Checkout `first-name` and `last-name` or `company` against NetSuite `name`), phone and currency where both sides hold it. Normalise case and whitespace before comparing.

**Step 4: Report**

Give a table of field, 2Checkout value, NetSuite value, match or mismatch, followed by the 2Checkout `customer-reference` and NetSuite `internal-id` so the two records can be linked.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `2checkout-get-customer` is on the 2checkout server. `netsuite-get-customer` is on the netsuite server.
* Read-only: do not call any 2checkout action tool (for example `2checkout-order-refund`, `2checkout-customer-update`, `2checkout-customer-add`) and do not call any netsuite add or update tool (for example `netsuite-add-customer`, `netsuite-update-customer`, `netsuite-add-invoice`).

**Validation:**

* If either side returns nothing, say so and report the other side only.
* Do not guess a match on name alone; only email is the join.
