The problem
Spreadsheet averages hide how a webinar series is trending
Comparing webinars in a series means exporting session numbers and working out attendance and retention rates in a spreadsheet. Small sessions skew the averages, and the trend across the series gets lost.
Without PopdockAI
- Export session numbers from GoTo Webinar
- Line them up in a spreadsheet by webinar
- Work out attendance and retention rates by hand
- Let small sessions skew the averages
With PopdockAI
- Every session matching the name term is read and grouped
- Rates are weighted by registrants
- Empty sessions are left out and counted
- Webinars are ranked with a rising, falling or flat trend

**Objective:** Compare the webinars whose names contain `{name-contains}` across their sessions in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 180), rank them on turnout and engagement, and show the trend.
**Step 1: Pull the sessions**
Call `goto-webinar-get-session` with webinar-name.contains set to `{name-contains}`, date.from set to today minus the lookback days, date.to set to today, and max-records 1000.
**Step 2: Aggregate per webinar**
Group the sessions by webinar key (use webinar-name as the label). For each webinar compute:
* number of sessions
* average registrant-count and average registrants-attended
* attendance rate: total attended over total registered
* average average-attendance-time as a share of session length (end-time minus start-time)
* average average-attentiveness and average-interest-rating
* questions-asked per session
**Step 3: Rank and trend**
* Rank the webinars by attendance rate, then by attentiveness.
* For the series as a whole, compare the first half of the sessions (by date) with the second half on attendance rate and attentiveness, and say whether each is rising, falling or flat (within 5 points is flat).
**Step 4: Report**
* A one-line verdict naming the strongest and weakest webinar.
* A ranked table: Webinar, Sessions, Avg registered, Avg attended, Attendance %, Retention %, Attentiveness, Interest rating, Questions per session.
* The trend, in two sentences.
* Two or three observations on what the strongest webinars do differently, drawn only from the numbers.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`.
* Weight rates by registrants, not by session, so a tiny session does not skew a webinar's figure.
* Leave sessions with zero registrants out of every rate, and say how many you left out.
**Validation:**
* If fewer than two sessions match, say a comparison is not meaningful and report the one session's numbers instead.
* If `{name-contains}` is empty, ask for it before calling any tool.Who it's for
