Know how a contact has engaged with your webinars
For sales and marketing teams preparing for a conversation who want one person's webinar history, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
A contact's webinar history is scattered across five reports
Before a call you want to know how a contact has engaged with your webinars, but GoTo Webinar spreads it across registrations, attendance, questions, polls and surveys. Pulling it together for one person takes several searches and a lot of copying.
Without PopdockAI
- Search registrations for the contact's email
- Check attendance for each webinar they signed up to
- Dig through question, poll and survey reports
- Judge their interest from scattered notes
With PopdockAI
- Registrations and attendance are read for the exact email
- Questions and poll and survey answers are gathered
- Engagement is rated high, medium or low with the rule shown
- Nothing is inferred beyond the records, and nothing changes

**Objective:** Build a webinar engagement profile for the person with the email `{email}` over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 365): what they registered for, what they attended, and how they took part.
**Step 1: Registrations**
Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with email set to `{email}` and registration-date.from set to today minus the lookback days. Record each webinar name, webinar key, registrant-key, registration date and status.
**Step 2: Attendance**
Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with email set to `{email}` and date-attended.from set to the same date. Record each webinar, date attended and total-time-attended.
If both Step 1 and Step 2 return nothing, stop and say this email has no webinar activity in the period.
**Step 3: Participation**
* Call `goto-webinar-get-question` with askers-email set to `{email}`.
* For each registrant-key found in Steps 1 and 2, call `goto-webinar-get-attendeepoll` and `goto-webinar-get-attendeesurvey` with that registrant-key.
**Step 4: Rate engagement**
* **High:** attended at least two webinars, or attended and asked a question or answered a survey.
* **Medium:** attended at least one webinar without asking or answering anything.
* **Low:** registered but never attended.
**Step 5: Report**
* The person's name (from the records), email and engagement rating, with the rule that produced it.
* Totals: registered, attended, no-shows, total time attended.
* A table, one row per webinar in date order: Webinar, Registration date, Status, Attended, Time attended, Questions asked.
* Their questions, quoted.
* Poll and survey answers that say something about their interests or intent (for example a buying timeframe or a product they use). Skip routine answers.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`.
* Use the exact email given. Do not search on part of the address or try other addresses for the same person.
* Do not infer anything about the person that the records do not show.
**Validation:**
* If `{email}` is empty or is not an email address, ask for one before calling any tool.Who it's for
