The problem

Ranking webinar attendees by hand stops after a few names

Reps need to know who to call first, but engagement sits in GoTo Webinar while lead status and open deals sit in Salesforce. Ranking attendees by hand rarely gets past the first few names.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export minutes, questions and polls from GoTo Webinar
  • Build a score in a spreadsheet
  • Look up each attendee in Salesforce
  • Check open opportunities one by one

With PopdockAI

  • Each attendee is scored with every part of the score shown
  • Top attendees are matched to contacts and leads by email
  • Open opportunities are read for contacts
  • Missing data is named, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Rank the attendees of the GoTo Webinar webinar `{webinar}` by how engaged they were, enrich the top `{top}` (default 20) with their Salesforce status, and recommend who to follow up with first.

**Step 1: Find the webinar**

Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` (GoTo Webinar) with `webinar-name.contains` set to `{webinar}`. If `{webinar}` is all digits, filter by `webinar-key` instead. If more than one webinar matches, list each one's webinar-name, date and webinar-key and stop so the user can choose. If none match, say so and stop. Keep the `webinar-key`, `webinar-name` and `date`.

**Step 2: Measure engagement in GoTo Webinar**

Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` (GoTo Webinar) with `webinar-key` for `total-time-attended`, email and `registrant-key`. Call `goto-webinar-get-question` (GoTo Webinar) with `webinar-key` and count questions per `askers-email`. Call `goto-webinar-get-attendeepoll` (GoTo Webinar) with `webinar-key` and count answers per `registrant-key`.

Score each attendee: 1 point per 10 minutes attended, 3 points per question asked, 1 point per poll answered. Sort by score, highest first, and keep the top `{top}` (default 20).

**Step 3: Enrich from Salesforce**

For each of those attendees:

Match each email address to Salesforce in this order, and stop at the first hit:
1. `salesforce-get-contact` (Salesforce) with `email` set to the address. A hit is a contact: keep `contact-id`, `name`, `account-name`, `account-id` and `owner`.
2. `salesforce-get-lead` (Salesforce) with `email` set to the address. A hit is a lead: keep `lead-id`, `name`, `company`, `status`, `converted` and `owner`. Ignore leads where `converted` is true when a contact also matched.
3. No hit on either: the person is unknown to Salesforce.

Compare addresses case-insensitively and trimmed. Never match on name alone. If one address matches more than one contact, or more than one unconverted lead, mark the person "ambiguous" and list every match rather than picking one.

For a contact, also call `salesforce-get-opportunity` (Salesforce) with the contact's `account-id` and `closed` false, and keep the count, the largest amount and its stage.

**Step 4: Recommend**

Put each attendee in one tier:
- **Call now**: an unconverted lead, or a contact whose account has an open opportunity.
- **Nurture**: a contact with no open opportunity.
- **Not in Salesforce**: unknown; suggest running `add-webinar-attendees-as-leads` (a prompt on this server, not a tool).
- **Check**: ambiguous matches.

**Step 5: Report**

A table ordered by score: rank, name, email, score, minutes, questions, poll answers, Salesforce record (contact, lead or none), lead status or account, owner, open opportunities, tier. Then one line per tier with its count.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting goto-webinar- are on the GoTo Webinar server; tools starting salesforce- are on the Salesforce server. Both servers must be connected. If a tool from either one is missing, say which server is not connected and stop.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-campaign`, or any other Salesforce add or update tool. Do NOT call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`.
* The score is a guide for ordering, not a fact. Show its parts so the user can judge it.

**Validation:**

* If the webinar has no attendees, say so and stop.
* If the poll or question read returns nothing, score on the parts that did return and say which part is missing.
* If total-time-attended looks like seconds rather than minutes (values in the thousands), convert before scoring and say so.
