Build an accurate no-show list after every webinar
For marketers who want no-shows and early leavers sent the recording, without emailing people who attended, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Attendees get a no-show email they did not earn
Building a no-show list means comparing registrants with attendees, spotting people who joined another session and finding the recording link. Done by hand, people who did attend get a no-show email.
Without PopdockAI
- Export registrants and attendees separately
- Match the two lists in a spreadsheet
- Miss people who joined a different session
- Hunt for the recording link
With PopdockAI
- Registrants and attendees are matched by key, then email
- People who attended another session stay off the list
- Early leavers are listed and uncertain matches marked
- The recording link and a draft email are ready, nothing sent

**Objective:** Build the follow-up list for the webinar `{webinar-name}`, for the session on `{session-date}` (default: the most recent session that has already happened): who registered but did not attend, who left early, and the recording link to send them.
**Step 1: Identify the webinar and session**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with webinar-name.contains set to `{webinar-name}`. If more than one distinct webinar key matches, list the matches (name, date, webinar key) and stop. Then call `goto-webinar-get-session` with that webinar key. Pick the session whose date is `{session-date}`, or if that is empty the latest session dated on or before today. If no session qualifies, stop and say so.
**Step 2: Pull registrants and attendees**
* Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with the webinar key and max-records 1000.
* Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with the webinar key and the session key, max-records 1000.
* If the webinar has more than one session, also call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with just the webinar key, so you can tell a no-show from someone who attended a different session.
**Step 3: Classify**
Match registrants to attendees on registrant-key, falling back to email compared case-insensitively.
* **No-show:** an approved registrant with no attendee record for this webinar at all. Ignore registrants whose status is waiting or denied, and count them separately.
* **Attended another session:** no record for the chosen session, but a record for another session of the same webinar. List these separately; they are not no-shows.
* **Left early:** attended the chosen session, with total-time-attended under a quarter of the session length (end-time minus start-time).
**Step 4: Find the recording**
Call `goto-webinar-get-recordingasset` with the webinar key. Use the recording-share-url of the newest asset by create-date on or after the session date. If there is none, say that no recording is available yet.
**Step 5: Report**
* Counts: registered, attended, no-shows, left early, attended another session, waiting or denied.
* A no-show table: First name, Last name, Email, Registration date.
* A left-early table: First name, Last name, Email, Time attended.
* The recording link.
* A short follow-up email draft (under 100 words) the user can send to the no-shows, containing the recording link.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, and do not send any message. The list and the draft are for the user to act on.
* Do not remove anyone from the list on a guess; if a match is uncertain (same name, different email), keep them in the no-show table and mark them.
* If a list returns exactly 1000 rows, say the result may be truncated.
**Validation:**
* If the webinar has no registrants, say so and stop.
* If every registrant attended, say so; there is no follow-up to do.Who it's for
