For marketing and sales teams who want attendees matched to owners and open opportunities, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Nobody knows which attendees already have deals
After a webinar, sales wants to know which attendees are existing contacts, who owns them and whether they have deals in progress. Answering that means checking every email between GoTo Webinar and Capsule CRM.
Without PopdockAI
- Export attendees from GoTo Webinar
- Search Capsule CRM for each email
- Look up owners and open opportunities
- Keep a separate list of unknown attendees
With PopdockAI
- Minutes are totalled across sessions
- Each attendee is matched to Capsule CRM by email
- Owners and open opportunities are shown, with organization-only matches marked
- Duplicates are flagged and nothing is written

**Objective:** For the webinar `{webinar}` (on `{webinar-date}` if given), show which attendees are already Capsule CRM contacts, who owns each one and what open opportunities they have, and list the attendees Capsule does not know.
**Step 1: Find the webinar on GoTo Webinar**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with `webinar-name.contains` set to `{webinar}` (or `webinar-key` if `{webinar}` is a numeric key). If `{webinar-date}` is given, also set `date.from` and `date.to` to that date. If more than one webinar matches, list each with its name, date and webinar key and stop. If none matches, say so and stop. Keep its `webinar-key`, name and date.
**Step 2: Read the attendees**
Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with that `webinar-key`. A webinar with several sessions returns one row per session, so group by email and add up `total-time-attended`. If there are no attendees, call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with the same `webinar-key` to show how many registered, report that nobody attended, and stop.
**Step 3: Match attendees to Capsule CRM**
Match each email to Capsule CRM by calling `capsule-crm-get-party` with `email` set to it. Compare emails case-insensitively; if the exact value finds nothing, retry once in lower case. A person can have several emails in Capsule and the filter may only see one of them, so treat no match as "not found by email", never as proof they are not a contact.
For each matched person keep `party-id`, `name`, `organization-name` and `owner-name`. Then call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `party-name.contains` set to the person's name, and again with their `organization-name` if they have one. Keep only opportunities with no `closed-on-date`.
**Step 4: Report**
1. A one-line header: webinar name, date, attendee count, how many matched Capsule.
2. A table of matched attendees: name, email, organization, Capsule owner, minutes attended, open opportunities (name, milestone, value).
3. A table of unmatched attendees: name, email, minutes attended.
4. One line naming the owners with the most attendees, so the right people know to follow up.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `capsule-crm-*` tools are on the capsule-crm server; `goto-webinar-*` tools are on the goto-webinar server. If either set is missing, say which server is not connected and stop.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`.
* Opportunity matching is by name and can over-match; mark any opportunity found only through the organization name as "via organization".
**Validation:**
* If an attendee row has no email, list them as unmatched with "no email".
* If Capsule returns more than one party for one email, show all of them and flag the duplicate.Who it's for
