Find vendors that exist in only NetSuite or Ramp

**Objective:** Compare the vendor lists in NetSuite and Ramp for vendors whose name contains `{name-contains}` (blank means all, capped at `{max-vendors}`, default 200), and report which exist in only one system.

**Step 1: NetSuite vendors**

Call `netsuite-get-vendor` (netsuite server) with company-name.contains set to `{name-contains}` and max-records `{max-vendors}`. Keep `company-name`, `legal-name`, `entity-id`, `email`, `phone` and `balance`.

**Step 2: Ramp vendors**

Call `ramp-get-vendor` (ramp server) with name.contains set to `{name-contains}` and max-records `{max-vendors}`. Keep `name`, `active`, `vendor-type`, `total-spend-ytd`, `total-spend-last-365-days` and `id`.

**Step 3: Match**

Match NetSuite `company-name` (or `legal-name`) to Ramp `name` after lowercasing and removing punctuation and suffixes such as Inc, LLC, Ltd and Corp. Treat close but not identical names as probable matches and label them so.

**Step 4: Report**

Tables for matched vendors (NetSuite balance next to Ramp spend year to date), NetSuite only, and Ramp only. Flag vendors with a NetSuite `balance` above zero that are inactive in Ramp, and vendors with Ramp spend but no NetSuite record.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with netsuite are on the netsuite server; tools whose names start with ramp are on the ramp server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Call only the read (get) tools named in the steps. Never call any Add, Update, Delete, archive, suspend or sync tool on either server.
* Use only the filters named in each step. Set max-records to 200 unless told otherwise.

**Validation:**

* If a result set hit the max-records cap, say the comparison is partial.
* If a name matches more than one record on the other side, list the candidates instead of choosing.
